Jan. 22 -- Greg Wyler, a man dedicated to wiring the world, has just announced his latest venture: OneWeb. OneWeb aims to launch 648 satellites that will provide high speed, low cost internet to every person on earth. Having received backing from Virgin Group and Qualcomm, Wyler's new company expects to launch its 648 satellites by 2018.
