ISIS is planning to launch their own exclusive online TV news channel
with British ISIS prisoner John Cantlie presenting the news along with a
weekly program called “A Time to Recruit.” ISIS released a teaser for
the new channel, which will be called "The Islamic Caliphate Broadcast"
and will broadcast propaganda videos 24 hours a day. The channel is set
to be live on Khilafalive.info. We take a look at a teaser video for the
