To solve the problem first you must understand what's causing the problems.. Here is a hint... You have two opposite systems working together, one a system based on Voluntarism and money (private market) and a system of force that puts a gun to your head to tell you to do something (Government). These two things are polar opposites, and they can't exist together at the same time or else you get NEITHER, you get a hybrid of the two. You got Government which is a system of power, which attracts people who crave power to run the Government.. Than next door you got a system of money, which the Government wants to expand it's power. So what happens? The Government which is nothing more than an entity that has MONOPOLY on violence, and nothing more, and sells it's violence force/coercion and your FREEDOMS for MONEY.. So you get CORPORATIONS writing the LAWS and THE CORPORATIONS HAVE LEGAL ARMIES (military/police) ENFORCING/HURTING/KILLING/INCAGING PEOPLE LIKE ANIMALS if you don't give these Corporations all of your money.
 When you have both a public sector (government) and a private sector (capitalism) existing one place, you don't get some nice mixture of the two, you get a whole NEW system of Government - one called Corporatism.
