One hundred soldiers returning from West Africa landed at Joint Base Lewis-McChord and will be held in isolation as part of a 21-day Ebola monitoring program. Base officials say the soldiers from the 615th Engineer Co. stationed at Fort Carson, Colo., arrived at the base on Friday and will be housed in barracks separate from the rest of the installation.
