Here we go again: Connecticut joins a growing list of states not used to earthquakes but experiencing them anyway. Now they're being told to prepare for a big one in the near future.Unlike some areas where researchers say hydraulic fracking – the procedure to blast liquid and sand into the earth to extract oil and natural gas – may be the culprit, officials in Connecticut are saying fracking isn’t happening in the Constitution State or any of the nearby states.
