Yes S-korea is free from IMF, which is for sure worst than the N-Korea dictatorship.
Yankee propaganda! America just steals everything. They stole most things after WW2 and then the SU beat them into space. They stole all those German invented weapons and ended up with a kicked ass in Vietnam.
