We are seeing Los Angeles and Southern California getting swallowed up by Agenda 21 Open Space Proposals. Griffith Park has swallowed up more land which means less area for residents to live which promotes denser cities. The Hollywood sign has been blocked off which is a tenet of Agenda 21. The Councilman also mentions that if people want to go to the Hollywood sign they will be setting up a shuttle system. See how this works? They want you out of your car and in their shuttle.
