This is the US prison where ISIS was born

Prison commanders, analysts, and soldiers all agree that the US' Camp Bucca, a detention center in Iraq, was where ISIS was truly born. The prison served as a great place for extremists to convert non-radicals, and non-radicals to teach extremists skills, which resulted in the birth of the Islamic State. All told, nine of ISIS' senior leaders met in Camp Bucca. The Resident discusses.
