Churchill was a war monger miscast as a great war leader. As first Lord of the Admiralty in 1914 he demanded the German fleet as recompense for helping to start the war. When the German fleet arrived at Scapa Flow the Germans knew why and proceeded to sink their own fleet to keep it out of Churchill's grasp. He was a very nasty individual.
