There is absolutely 0 reason why data caps should be allowed to exist in this day and age bandwidth costs next to nothing to provide people are already buying a service the ISPs should spend some of their capital and invest in better services instead of looking into ways to sit on their old hardware and nickel and dime everyone and blame us for their problems.
