ISIS released their latest propaganda video threatening jihad if the U.S. puts "boots on the ground". The timing of the video is suspect, since General Dempsey just used that phrase this week, and both the House and Senate are set to vote this week on whether or not to arm the Syrian rebels. Is this another perfectly timed propaganda piece to deceive populations into rallying behind conflicts that they otherwise would've strongly opposed?
