ReplyDeleteWonder no longer - Cain was not literally born of Satan-Serpent-Devil ... he was Adam and Eve's son, says Gen.4:1.
DeleteIf you read a few verses earlier in 1.John.3, you will not that 'whoever commits sin is (born) of the devil' V8. This is not a literal birth, but a spiritual one. Seeing that all have sinned, then all are (born) of the devil.
This concept is not too hard to understand, unless you are totally ignorant or only want to bend Scripture to suit your own prejudices. Which is it, one or both...
This video bends the words of Scripture into a most unnatural arrangement .... 1,000 years given over to Satan to rule the earth in pain, 1,000 years for the saints to reign in heaven with Jesus, mixing up the first and second resurrections, not comprehending the purpose of God, nor the promises he has made. Making literal the spiritual, and spiritual the literal.
ReplyDeleteEllen White always was a bit of a crack-pot, and a later found to be plagiarizer, and quite clearly a false prophet. It is a shame that the SDA's aren't honest with her works, and don't start reading the Bible for what it says, and stop following the legacy she left them.
