Bankers are bankers, regardless of nationality. IMF wants to bail out Ukraine, EU wants to bail out Ukraine, Russia wants to bail out Ukraine. It is just one huge banking bail-out, followed by the devaluation of currency, the cuts to schools, and healthcare, then imposed "austerity" taxes, rule by oligarchs, and finally the sell off of all resources to the banks.
