In neuroscience, synaptic pruning, neuronal pruning or axon pruning refer to neurological regulatory processes, which facilitate changes in neural structure by reducing the overall number of neurons and synapses, Like any electronic device, you can alter the input or output of the electrical activity of the human brain.

If our brains can control computers, transversely you can operate a computer to control the brain. It is pretty simple when you think about it. We are all nothing but waves and frequencies in this vast mysterious electric universe. :-)

Now, whether or not some scientists have been experimenting on people's brains  without their knowledge is a whole other story. I myself want to believe that we live in a very wholesome world where people do not wish to hurt each other like that, or cause people to become emotionally aggravated, haunted, or insane. I would love to think that involuntary mind control is absolutely out of the question. I don't know. What do you think? Are we a morally, healthy and competent world?
