War with Iran before The End of 2014 says ex US Ambassador






The former Under Secretary of State for Arms Control and International Security and Special Assistant to the President on the National Security Council, both under President George W. Bush, believes the current framework of the interim agreement on diplomatic discussions between Iran and the United States over the Islamic Republic's nuclear program will fail and a military strike on its nuclear facilities will happen. All that remains is the date of the strike. Ambassador Robert G. Joseph, who is now a Senior Scholar at the National Institute for Public Policy, and was the lead negotiator when Libya's Muammar Qadaffi decided to surrender his weapons of mass destruction, was one of four speakers for a Capitol Hill Senate briefing on January 29 entitled "Can Iran Deal In Good Faith?" Dave Gahary spoke with Ambassador Joseph about the hearing in an exclusive interview (15:12).

      It's clearly too early and risky to begin a war with Iran. The US would not be able to achieve this unless there is complicity from Saudi Arabia, gulf allies, Israel and Russia would have to get on board or at least be willing to look the other way. The trigger event for a war on Iran won't be a domestic attack on US soil, it's too obvious and won't gather enough support from US citizens. That being said, there are still enough war-hawks in the US government to warrant some crazy perception of US domination waning if they don't bring Iran to its knees. I will however state, any war on Iran cannot be won through conventional means, nor can there be boots on the ground. Iran is not Iraq, they have a stable military force and unified on a national stance.

    Here's another Obama ex shill?, perpetrating war on another country that is not in compliance to keeping the petro-dollar in place. It's all O.K for the USA and Israel and the Saudi's to have multitudes of nuclear weapons BUT not those who have resources the US and it's allies wants, come hell or high water. Dangerous and deluded Hypocrites, a threat not only to the Iranians but the entire planet!!
