This is the result of a weak UNITED STATES, CORP. INC weak CEO. Remember we're no longer a Republic we're a Corporation. A weak, destroyed from within Bankrupted Corporation. This is the result of the rest of the world being tired of this hegemonic beast empire (the USA). It wouldn't matter who was president here. Plans are not laid out that way. Plans are made without the presidents approval or sometimes without they're knowledge.
