Rep. Hank Johnson (D-GA) : Guam could Capsize one day !!

These are the people we elect to run our country? No wonder our Government is going down the tubes. This guy looks and sounds like he's been smoking a lot of stuff..... No joke. Stupidity has become very prominent in Washington now. He's not alone.
There's also Michele Bachmann and Sheila Jackson Lee. I'm sure there's more, but they've at least learned to shut their mouth so we don't find out the extent of their retardation.
