The art of espionage has changed -- the internet has given the
surveillance agencies unprecedented capabilities to snoop at anyone,
anywhere. On the other side are the whistleblowers, to whom World Web
has given the chance to see what is really going on behind the closed
doors of Big Brother. Who is right? Is wrongdoing justified for the sake
