Jessie Jane Duff (Conservative Columnist / Marine Corps Gunnery Sergeant
(ret) ) debates emergency unemployment benefits being stopped on
Saturday, Dec 28th. The benefits were enacted by President Bush in 2008
as an emergency addition to regular unemployment benefits, but have been
extended 11 times by Congress. With the new budget, the House and
Senate agreed to no longer extend the benefits.
