“Living off the Grid”. Is not about Utilities = electricity/water/food/Modem live; It Is all about to be Free from the governments Rules/Laws/Ordinances/etc and Corporations. But why living a poor conditions? “Property Rights”. If U don’t own the land in the rural area, U will not want to improve your living conditions because at any day the government can make U move or put U in jail. For me, the American dream was to be free and not necessary be rich.
