The 'note' found is the key piece here. A mentally disturbed individual with a firearm isn't out of the realm of possibility, but the telltale 'note' is another issue. In my view, this is being 'floated' to see what the public reaction is, and/or how much wide-spread belief in the validity or veracity of the note there is among Boobus Americanus.
The other items that needs to be found out quickly, is what if any, psychotropic medications (SSRI's most notably), was this man taking...?
