Anarchy is NOT mob rules. Democracy is mob rules. A Republic says the individual is King. Anarchy is simply when there is no "authority". There are still rules in an Anarchistic society. You are not allowed to commit violence against anyone. That means physical or theft, fraud, etc. Anarchy would be the ideal to strive for.
