The bankers stole trillions of dollars under this ponzi scheme they pulled off under the Bush administration. They lent everyone money out with the intent to crash the markets and steal every ones down payments and homes when the housing market imploded by their designed ponzi scheme. This is the greatest stealing of wealth in history of mankind and still no one has gone to jail. If they can get away with it this time they will try it again down the road. These fines after years of the bankers collecting interest on the stolen money is a trickle to payback and just a public relations scam to show the public that the bankers were fined for stealing and fraudulent in the greatest collective ponzi scheme the world has ever scene.
