The default will happen, it's math. Because it's against the Constitution the default will happen during the suspension of the Constitution during martial law after a false flag attack on a nuclear scale. So the country can say the government didn't default and the debt will be pushed aside during WWIII. The president then elects himself as a dictator and absorbs all the branches of the government. It doesn't matter if I'm wrong because this country is bankrupted and the world knows it.
