Outside The Box with Jason Liosatos and David Swanson anti war activist and author. My talk with David Swanson, anti-war activist and author of ‘War No More’. We discuss the danger of us getting used to continual wars, and some of the terrible repercussions we face from previous illegal interventions by US and the Western Governments, with their use of depleted uranium nuclear weapons, and white phosphorous. We talk about the hypocrisy of the Syrian situation, and possible intervention, the corruption in the financial system, and the consequences impacting us now globally from decisions made without vision. David talks of the possibility of a world without war, with people really making a difference with their actions, and the hope of the public running the government, as it should in a so called democracy, with the rule of law determining international and domestic affairs. David reminds us that we cannot continue as we are, funding wars, he suggests some alternatives, and we sum up the urgency that we change our priorities. www.jasonliosatos.com
