Church of England takes on money lender Wonga

The leader of the Church of England says he wants to see high interest lenders put out of business.But rather than outlawing them, the Archbishop of Canterbury says he wants to provide church loans to compete with the biggest payday lender Wonga.Al Jazeera's Laurence Lee reports from London.
