Employees of an Obamacare contractor in a fourth state have now stepped up to admit that they’re doing no work while being paid taxpayer dollars, according to Missouri’s KOLR.
Now Serco offices in Arkansas are being added to the list of states where Obamacare contractors are being paid to do nothing, including Missouri, Kansas and Oklahoma.
Serco is an Obamacare contractor being paid over $1 billion to process any paper Obamacare applications.
Anonymous workers, who wished not to be named to avoid retribution, told Chris Nagus of KMOV in Missouri that they don’t have enough work to fill their time and are required to stay on the clock after work hours.

The History of Easter Island & The Moai Statues

Easter Island is one of the remotest populated islands on earth. It is most famous for the 900 or more huge stone heads called Moai which are only found here. But did you know that each of these Moai are in fact complete bodies, often buried up to their necks? The enigma surrounding these statues, as well as other features on the island is that there appear to have been two distinct populations in the distant past. One, which were and are the Polynesian people, and a mysterious race called the Long Ears who perhaps were the first inhabitants and possibly the makers of the largest of the Moai.

This show endeavors, through scientific study and oral traditions, to shed light on the enigmatic history of Easter Island for those who plan to visit, and for those that never will.

Is there evidence that South Americans visited and lived on Easter Island hundreds or even thousands of years before the first arrival of Europeans in the 18th century? Why were all of the trees cut down?

Easter Island (Rapa Nui: Rapa Nui, Spanish: Isla de Pascua) is a Polynesian island in the southeastern Pacific Ocean, at the southeasternmost point of the Polynesian Triangle. Easter Island is famous for its 887 extant monumental statues, called moai, created by the early Rapa Nui people. In 1995, UNESCO named Easter Island a World Heritage Site, with much of the island protected within Rapa Nui National Park.

Polynesian people settled on Easter Island in the first millennium AD, and created a thriving culture, as evidenced by the moai and other artifacts. However, human activity, the introduction of the Polynesian rat and overpopulation led to gradual deforestation and extinction of natural resources, which caused the demise of the Rapa Nui civilization. By the time of European arrival in 1722, the island's population had dropped to 2,000--3,000 from a high of approximately 15,000 just a century earlier. Diseases carried by European sailors and Peruvian slave raiding of the 1860s further reduced the Rapa Nui population, down to 111 in 1877.

Easter Island is one of the most remote inhabited islands in the world. The nearest inhabited land (50 residents) is Pitcairn Island 2,075 kilometres (1,289 mi) away, the nearest town with a population over 500 is Rikitea on island Mangareva 2,606 km (1,619 mi) away, and the nearest continental point lies in central Chile, 3,512 kilometres (2,182 mi) away.

Easter Island is a special territory of Chile that was annexed in 1888. Administratively, it belongs to the Valparaíso Region and more specifically, is the only commune of the Province Isla de Pascua. According to the 2012 census, it has about 5,800 residents, of which some 60% are descendants of the aboriginal Rapa Nui.

Based on his study of the group, he has concluded that a war with Iran is "off the table," oil will rise to $120 - $130 a barrel and Putin will not be "dislodged" from Russia.

Joining the conversation for the third hour, radio host Alex Jones spoke about a plan he said is backed by the Bilderbergers to reduce the planet's population. He also noted that the "globalists" engineered the drop of the US dollar.

Nearly 40 people were killed in today's violence in the east of the country. In Donetsk, clashes occurred at the Sergei Prokofiev airport. The fighting broke out after armed men who identified themselves as representatives of the Donetsk People's Republic seized the international airport. The governor of the Donetsk Region appointed by the Donetsk People's Republic, Pavel Gubarev, said a rocket propelled grenade hit a truck transporting the injured from the airport area, leaving at least 35 people dead. He added that the truck was carrying injured people and was clearly marked as an ambulance. Fighter aircraft have also targeted positions of pro-Russian activists at the airport. Meanwhile, at least one person was killed in clashes at the city's main train station. And in the city of Slavyansk, over 110 kilometers north of Donetsk, two people were reportedly killed in an attack on residential areas by government helicopter gunships.

Almost 6 months after the Euromaidan revolution that toppled former president Viktor Yanukovych, Ukrainians went to the polls to elect a new president in the midst of an anti-terror operation to wrestle Donetsk and Lugansk oblasts back under Kiev's control.

The separatists of the Donetsk People's Republic openly threatened the election in the region and had stormed a number of electoral commissions and intimidated electoral workers. In response the Ukrainian military alongside its paramilitary proxies have been working to secure towns across Donetsk to ensure a safe election took place.

On Sunday morning as voting started across the country, Donetsk itself saw no voting take place so VICE News headed out to Krasnoarmiisk where voting was able to take place, under the watchful eye of local loyal-to-Kiev police and another paramilitary force, the Dinipro Battalion.

Back in Donetsk, supporters of the DPR held a rally in the square, denouncing the election and the other DPR bugbears, NATO, the Kiev 'junta' and the US. Despite the threats, the election did take place in a few towns across the region and the fact that it took place at all seemingly threatens the advertised control of the region by the DPR.

The Cuban missile crisis—known as the October crisis or The Missile Scare (Spanish: Crisis de octubre) in Cuba and the Caribbean crisis (Russian: Карибский кризис, tr. Karibskiy krizis) in the former USSR—was a 13-day confrontation in October 1962 between the Soviet Union and Cuba on one side and the United States on the other side. The crisis is generally regarded as the moment in which the Cold War came closest to turning into a nuclear conflict and is also the first documented instance of mutual assured destruction (MAD) being discussed as a determining factor in a major international arms agreement.

After the US had placed nuclear missiles in Turkey, aimed at Moscow, and the failed US attempt to overthrow the Cuban regime, in May 1962 Nikita Khrushchev proposed the idea of placing Soviet nuclear missiles on Cuba to deter any future invasion attempt. During a meeting between Khrushchev and Fidel Castro that July, a secret agreement was reached and construction of several missile sites began in the late summer.

These preparations were noticed by the Defense Intelligence Agency, which on October 14 tasked an Air Force-operated U-2 aircraft with scanning the suspected areas in Cuba, securing clear photographic evidence of medium-range and intermediate-range ballistic nuclear missiles (MRBMs and IRBMs) on the ground. The United States considered attacking Cuba via air and sea, but decided on a military blockade instead, calling it a "quarantine" for legal and other reasons. The US announced that it would not permit offensive weapons to be delivered to Cuba, while demanding the dismantlement and return of Soviet weapons back to the USSR.
The Kennedy administration held only a slim hope that the Kremlin would agree to their demands, and expected a military confrontation. These fears were underpinned by the October 24, 1962 letter of Soviet Premier Khrushchev to President John F. Kennedy, in which he stated that the US blockade of "navigation in international waters and air space" constituted "an act of aggression propelling human kind into the abyss of a world nuclear-missile war". However, in secret back-channel communications the President and Premier initiated a proposal to resolve the crisis.

While the tense negotiations were taking place, several Soviet ships attempted to run the blockade, increasing tensions to the point that orders were sent out to US Navy ships to fire warning shots and then open fire. On October 27, a U-2 plane was shot down by a Soviet missile crew, an action that could have resulted in immediate retaliation from the Kennedy crisis cabinet, according to Secretary of Defense McNamara's later testimony. Kennedy stayed his hand and the negotiations continued.
The confrontation ended on October 28, 1962, when Kennedy and United Nations Secretary-General U Thant reached an agreement with Khrushchev. Publicly, the Soviets would dismantle their offensive weapons in Cuba and return them to the Soviet Union, subject to United Nations verification, in exchange for a US public declaration and agreement never to invade Cuba. Secretly, the US also agreed that it would dismantle all US-built Jupiter IRBMs, armed with nuclear warheads, which were deployed in Turkey and Italy against the Soviet Union.

After the removal of the missiles and Ilyushin Il-28 light bombers from Cuba, the blockade was formally ended at 6:45 pm EST on November 20, 1962. The tense negotiations between the United States and the Soviet Union pointed out the necessity of a quick, clear and direct communication between Washington and Moscow. As a result, the Moscow-Washington hotline was established.

Last week saw major cabal set-backs in the financial war together with several big moves on the energy front.

On the financial front, former World Bank lawyer Karen Hudes and lawyer Winston Shrout tried to sue the World Bank into returning 1000 tons of gold deposited with it by the government of Japan, according to CIA and Japanese government sources (Ms. Hudes did not answer an e-mail asking for confirmation of this). However, the US Treasury Department, the de facto controllers of the World Bank, refused, saying the gold Japan had deposited with the World Bank was stolen from the dragon family, the sources said.

In any case, the dragon family has not gotten its gold back either, so the fact remains the United States corporate government has stolen all the gold it held in trust for the planet and is bankrupt. The only rational option for the United States is now to bankrupt the corporate government, nationalize the Federal Reserve Board and start issuing greenbacks. The cabal, of course, will use all its power to prevent that from happening so continued financial turbulence is inevitable until the whole structure collapses (more about that below).

On the energy front things are looking much better: it has now become clear that the suppressed energy technology genie is out of the bottle. A major Japanese manufacturer contacted the White Dragon Society last week to say they were going ahead with the production of Tesla Quantum Energy Generators. The WDS has still not been able to test such a device though.

On a different front, a major Japanese government research organization has started, in conjunction with the Pentagon, to manufacture a one meter by two meter sized nuclear reactor that uses so-called spent nuclear fuel rods and is capable of generating 50,000 megawatts (enough for a city), according to a senior researcher. The devices will be built on US military bases to prevent cabal interference, he said. The US Navy will start by using them in submarines and battleships, he said.

This move coincides with the announcement of a successful attempt by the US navy to create aviation and rocket fuel out of sea-water using electricity generated by a nuclear power plant.

It also turns out that Tokyo Gas has already begun marketing fuel cells that provide houses with both heating and electricity. The official Tokyo Gas website says these fuel cells run on natural gas but Japanese government sources say the electricity is generated by extracting hydrogen from water.

The other big move in the energy sector was the announcement by newly elected Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi that every household in India will have solar power by 2019. Modi, who is banned from entering the US by the cabal, is definitely not going to go along with the cabal on many other issues, not just solar power.

If India can do it, so can the rest of the world. If the US had a real government, most US houses could also be solar powered within 5 years. No matter what though, with both China and India now going full speed ahead with solar power, the oil and gas industries can no longer keep the price of solar panels artificially high.

The oil and gas industry also saw some big changes come to light last week. The biggest was the announcement by the US Energy Information Administration that US shale oil reserves were only about 30% of what was previously talked about.

This means any US talk of replacing Russia as a supplier of gas to Europe is just talk. In this context, Lord Peter Mandelson, described by MI5 as a representative of the Rothschild family, cited US (non-existent) shale oil as part of his backing for a public threat to “freeze Russia out of the global financial system.”

In specific, he threatened that $700 billion worth of Russian corporate external debt would “not be rolled over.” This is pure bluff. According to the MI5 source, the UK has also been vastly exaggerating its shale gas reserves. It is also clear that it is the Rothschilds, not Russia, who are being frozen out.

The $400 billion gas deal Russia announced with China last week means that even if Europe decided to shoot itself in the foot and stop buying Russian gas, Russia has found other customers.

What is really at stake here is Rothschild and cabal control over the Western financial system.

Here the situation is coming to a head over the Ukraine because Russia is asking for the Ukraine to start paying for its Russian gas with cash starting in June. Ukraine does not have the money. There is talk of the IMF providing Ukraine with the money but the IMF, a cabal construct, does not have money or gold either. Ukraine’s new president has already said he will talk directly with Russia over this issue without Western input. Nor is he likely to agree to hand over Ukraine’s resources to Western oligarchs.

Other cabal money grabs are also being foiled. The monarchist military coup in Thailand last week means the attempt by the cabal to steal the gold belonging to the Thai royal family as well as the Persian gold stored in Thailand via rogue CIA manipulated “redshirts” has been stopped.

We also found out last week what US corporate president Obama was up to when he visited Japan earlier this month. According to Japanese government sources, he tried to steal most of the money that had been set aside for the reconstruction of Fukushima.

A Chinese government source confirmed this and said the Americans (cabal) had offered to sell most of the real estate in Fukushima, as well as energy production facilities there, to Chinese companies. The Chinese were also offered a chance to buy some Japanese media conglomerates, he said. With allies like that, Japan does not need enemies.

Obama also tried once again to cash the fake Kennedy bonds while in Asia, this time through the South Koreans, the Chinese source said.

This is the context in which the attempt by Karen Hudes to get Japanese gold out of the World Bank took place.

We have also heard from MI6 sources in Asia that US Vice President Biden has been secretly offering to sell Hawaii to the Chinese in an attempt to keep the US corporate government solvent.

Speaking about Hawaii, so-called Hawaiian born President Obama was in Afghanistan this weekend where he made a speech where he kept to the fiction that the 911 attacks originated in Afghanistan. Things are coming to a head in Europe too. The EU elections last week showed anti-EU parties winning in the UK, France, Denmark, Greece and elsewhere. This reflects widespread dissatisfaction with the Bilderberger/Nazi EU project. The Germans, who have been subsidizing most of these countries, may decide to link forces with Russia in an effort to get their idea of a unified Europe back on track.

The Germans have already refused to go along with cabal attempts to use the manufactured crisis in the Ukraine to isolate Russia. They may now take things one step forward and join with the BRICS nations to isolate the Nazi regimes in the US, the UK and other Western countries.

Eurosceptic 'earthquake' rocks EU elections

The people have spoken loud and clear," a triumphant Marine Le Pen told cheering supporters at National Front (FN) party headquarters in Paris.

"They no longer want to be led by those outside our borders, by EU commissioners and technocrats who are unelected. They want to be protected from globalisation and take back the reins of their destiny."

Provisional results suggested the FN could win 25 European Parliament seats - a stunning increase on its three in 2009.

EPP leader Jean-Claude Juncker insisted the majority of people had voted to be a part of Europe.

UKRAINE CRISIS - SECRETS EXPOSED on the Hidden ENERGY WAR with RUSSIA

NATO experts have visited Ukraine, in order to advise the government on improving the safety of nuclear power plants, gas pipelines and other critical infrastructure amid growing violence and fears of conflict with Russia, officials said on Wednesday.

Ukrainian Ambassador to NATO, Ihor Dolhov, said that NATO civilian experts had visited Ukraine last month, to assess critical infrastructure such as nuclear plants, pumping stations for gas pipelines and hydro-electric plants.

"In any country, in any situation, there are plans and additional measures to protect infrastructure, including in Ukraine. So the purpose was to evaluate the performance of measures which are being implemented in Ukraine," Dolhov told Reuters.

Another objective was to make sure the installations would be safe in the event of an emergency, he said.

A NATO official confirmed that a small team of civilian experts from the alliance visited Kyiv last month "to advise the Ukrainian authorities on their national civil contingency plans and safety measures in the context of possible threats to critical energy infrastructure."

The NATO team, sent in response to a request from the Ukrainian government, later delivered a confidential report with recommendations to Ukrainian authorities, who were evaluating it, the official said.

Ukraine is a major transit route for Russian gas to the European Union.

Russia and China have just signed what is being called "the gas deal of the century", and the two countries are discussing moving away from the U.S. dollar and using their own currencies to trade with one another. For example, I searched CNN's website to see if I could find something about this gas deal between Russia and China and I did not find anything. If a particular story does not fit their agenda, they will simply ignore it. But the truth is that this new agreement between Russia and China is huge. It could end up fundamentally changing the global financial system, and not in a way that would be beneficial for the United States.

Russia and China had been negotiating this natural gas deal for ten years, and now it is finally done. Russia is the largest exporter of natural gas on the entire planet, and China is poised to become the world's largest economy in just a few years. This new $400 billion agreement means that these two superpowers could potentially enjoy a mutually beneficial relationship for the next 30 years...

It doesn’t seem real, and by that, I mean he doesn’t seem to genuinely believe what he is saying. The pauses, short laughs, it is almost like he is trying to act. This is going to be seen as a reason to call for new censorships; guns, porn, music, games, movies…anything that could have “made” him do the things he supposedly did. Truth is we are dealing with billions of people with billions of variables in countless combinations, and this kid turned out to be a psychopath.
