Bitcoin Revolution -- LAS VEGAS HOTEL CASINO'S are now ACCEPTING BITCOIN as a Form Of Payment
Two casinos in downtown Las Vegas, Nevada will become the first establishments of their kind to accept bitcoin as currency.
Effective Wednesday, customers of both The D and the Golden Gate casinos on Sin City's famed Freemont Street will be able to spend bitcoins to buy goods and services.
Neither facility will accept bets being made with the emerging digital 'cryptocurrency' in lieu of fiat money, but will allow visitors to conduct transactions using bitcoin at certain casino-run businesses on site. The front desks at both the Golden Gate and The D hotels will accept bitcoin, as will select gift shops and eateries inside the buildings, totaling five in all.
Vegas proprietor Derek Stevens, a co-owner of both casinos, said he considered bringing bitcoin into the gaming business after the issue was brought up by a number of customers recently.
Stevens added that the establishments will rely on the popular BitPay service to process transactions using tablets and other mobile devices installed at each cashier station. Six percent of all bitcoin transactions in the world were being processed through BitPay as of November, and the system is currently being used by internet businesses in more than 200 countries.
Bitcoin itself has been around for almost five years, but has recently surged in popularity. Both the online retailer Overstock.com and Sacramento, California's professional basketball team, the Kings, said they would start accepting bitcoin earlier this month. The online-only cash alternative can also be used to pay for college tuition or, in at least one case, the salary for a town's chief of police.
"We recently picked up some business in the US and the fact that we will accept bitcoins might put us in the frame for more business opportunities," Harold Solomons of the Dublin-based online agency Matrix Internet told reporters at Silicone Republic on Tuesday. "We're putting the time in now in order to develop it. One of our clients in Ireland owns a casino and we're talking about the potential of the casino accepting bitcoin payments, for example." Meanwhile, though, customers at Steven's casinos will be limited to using bitcoins for booking hotel rooms and ordering dinner - not making bets.

Five protesters have died during an anti-government uprising in Kyiv, Ukraine which has waged on for over four days now.
As many as 200 officers have been injured over the past four days, reports RT, with roughly 300 protesters injured as well.
The commotion has seemingly intensified upon news of the deaths, with the European Union threatening to punish Ukraine leaders for violently confronting the protesters and the U.S. government "strongly condemning" police violence.
Until Wednesday, as per the Ukraine Prime Minister's orders, police were not allowed to possess firearms during the confrontation, however, CNN reports that ban has been lifted.
Police instead relied on smoke and tear gas, rubber bullets, stun grenades, molotov cocktails and also water cannons.
An order banning police use of water cannons in sub-zero temperatures was also lifted, and as reported below, at least three tanks are awaiting departure from Chernihiv just north of Kyiv.
Medics who treated the wounded activists claim at least one protester was injured by a police sniper.
The protests supposedly stem from Ukraine President Vicktor Yanukovych's decision to refuse a European Union trade deal in favor of stronger economic ties with Russia.
As reported Monday, the protests have largely been organized by USAID, the CIA's National Endowment for Democracy (NED), Freedom House (which has also been alleged to be a CIA connected organization), and George Soros' Open Society Institute.
Protesters stormed the governor's offices in Lviv, and there were rallies in at least five more western cities.
One opposition leader was upbeat after the crisis talks, saying there was a "high chance" of a solution.

Forget the fantasies about fighting or facing off the government with guns. You would not stand a chance against a trained SWAT team, several car loads of cops or a military squad..
Would recommend people read "Surviving the economic Crash" on Amazon. Written by a guy from Argentina who went through it all. Book has good ratings and what happened there is EXACTLY what is happening here!

In a free society would this be acceptable if I owned all the land? Then for people to buy the land they will know this upfront and enter into the contract voluntarily and they would have the knowledge that if anyone stays in this private land they are bound by the rules of the land or they can leave.

Another War Right After Geneva Talks
Before the second round of Geneva peace talks even started, Iran was uninvited to the talks by the U.N. It was because Iran would not agree that Bashar al-Assad should be removed as part of any peace plan. The Syrian peace talks have turned into a name calling event with both sides posturing. The peace talks are solidifying the fact that more war is coming, and it will likely intensify. This shows that after 130,000 were killed in the bloody Syrian civil war, there is no end in sight.
It also looks like the deal to curtail Iran's nuclear program is on shaky ground. One CNN anchor called it "a train wreck." Iranian President Hassan Rouhani told CNN "not under any circumstances" would it destroy key parts of its nuclear program, such as thousands of centrifuges.

Historian and President of Washington Grove Institute, a think tank in Washington D.C, Webster Tarpley, discussed the conspiratorial mindset, and shared his intriguing analysis of current geopolitical and historical situations. More and more people are turning toward conspiracies because the "official story" behind such events as 9-11 and the JFK assassination are unbelievable or fantastic, he said. Tarpley doesn't consider himself a conspiracy theorist, but a seeker of truth, though he admitted that the uncovering of facts in many instances often does point to conspiracies. We live in an oligarchy run by financiers, and they often do conspire together for shared goals, he noted, adding that they compose a shadow government that secretly rules the US, intersecting with people at the State Dept., the CIA, and perhaps the Treasury and the Federal Reserve.
Tarpley spoke about his forthcoming book about Pearl Harbor and the assassination of FDR. We're told a lot of fakery about Roosevelt like he provoked Japan, and that he kept his Naval Admirals in the dark, but the opposite was true, he said. Further, a group of Wall St. Republicans that FDR put in control of the Pentagon wanted a defeat to weaken FDR in the postwar world, and Churchill knew the time and place of the Pearl Harbor attack but kept quiet in order to draw the US into the war, he continued. Roosevelt was poisoned by a female Russian painter in April 1945, Tarpley claimed, and Stalin reportedly told FDR's son "your father was poisoned/murdered by the Churchill gang."
Tarpley also commented on current situations in France, China, and Russia, as well as Syria and Libya, two countries that he visited during recent turmoils. America can get out of its economic woes by seizing control of the Federal Reserve, and stop using it to give 0% loans to bankers and financial interests, and instead give these loans with a hundred year maturity to the states, who could then start massive infrastructure rebuilding projects, he argued.

Historian and President of Washington Grove Institute, a think tank in Washington D.C, Webster Tarpley, discussed the conspiratorial mindset, and shared his intriguing analysis of current geopolitical and historical situations. More and more people are turning toward conspiracies because the "official story" behind such events as 9-11 and the JFK assassination are unbelievable or fantastic, he said. Tarpley doesn't consider himself a conspiracy theorist, but a seeker of truth, though he admitted that the uncovering of facts in many instances often does point to conspiracies. We live in an oligarchy run by financiers, and they often do conspire together for shared goals, he noted, adding that they compose a shadow government that secretly rules the US, intersecting with people at the State Dept., the CIA, and perhaps the Treasury and the Federal Reserve.
Tarpley spoke about his forthcoming book about Pearl Harbor and the assassination of FDR. We're told a lot of fakery about Roosevelt like he provoked Japan, and that he kept his Naval Admirals in the dark, but the opposite was true, he said. Further, a group of Wall St. Republicans that FDR put in control of the Pentagon wanted a defeat to weaken FDR in the postwar world, and Churchill knew the time and place of the Pearl Harbor attack but kept quiet in order to draw the US into the war, he continued. Roosevelt was poisoned by a female Russian painter in April 1945, Tarpley claimed, and Stalin reportedly told FDR's son "your father was poisoned/murdered by the Churchill gang."
Tarpley also commented on current situations in France, China, and Russia, as well as Syria and Libya, two countries that he visited during recent turmoils. America can get out of its economic woes by seizing control of the Federal Reserve, and stop using it to give 0% loans to bankers and financial interests, and instead give these loans with a hundred year maturity to the states, who could then start massive infrastructure rebuilding projects, he argued.

Five protesters have died during an anti-government uprising in Kyiv, Ukraine which has waged on for over four days now.
The commotion has seemingly intensified upon news of the deaths, with the European Union threatening to punish Ukraine leaders for violently confronting the protesters and the U.S. government "strongly condemning" police violence.
Police instead relied on smoke and tear gas, rubber bullets, stun grenades, molotov cocktails and also water cannons.
An order banning police use of water cannons in sub-zero temperatures was also lifted, and as reported below, at least three tanks are awaiting departure from Chernihiv just north of Kyiv.
The protests supposedly stem from Ukraine President Vicktor Yanukovych's decision to refuse a European Union trade deal in favor of stronger economic ties with Russia.
As reported Monday, the protests have largely been organized by USAID, the CIA's National Endowment for Democracy (NED), Freedom House (which has also been alleged to be a CIA connected organization), and George Soros' Open Society Institute.
The rally, the biggest this year in a cycle of pro-Europe protests convulsing the former Soviet republic for the past two months, was spurred by the legislation rushed through parliament last week and which the opposition says will lead to a police state.
Significantly raising the stakes in the confrontation with President Viktor Yanukovich, opposition leaders announced a plan to gather people's signatures expressing no confidence in his leadership and that of parliament. peace

The crackdown on the opposition comes after two deaths were confirmed among their ranks overnight. Both of the victims suffered fatal traumatic wounds, according to Kiev's chief doctor, Vitaly Mokhorev. Their bodies were brought to a volunteer medical post in Khrushchevskovo Street.
"Law enforcement do not carry firearms there," spokesman Sergey Burlakov said.
Rumors on the internet alleged that one of the victims was killed by a sniper, but there was no evidence provided to substantiate this assertion.

The commotion has seemingly intensified upon news of the deaths, with the European Union threatening to punish Ukraine leaders for violently confronting the protesters and the U.S. government "strongly condemning" police violence.
Police instead relied on smoke and tear gas, rubber bullets, stun grenades, molotov cocktails and also water cannons.
An order banning police use of water cannons in sub-zero temperatures was also lifted, and as reported below, at least three tanks are awaiting departure from Chernihiv just north of Kyiv.
The protests supposedly stem from Ukraine President Vicktor Yanukovych's decision to refuse a European Union trade deal in favor of stronger economic ties with Russia.
As reported Monday, the protests have largely been organized by USAID, the CIA's National Endowment for Democracy (NED), Freedom House (which has also been alleged to be a CIA connected organization), and George Soros' Open Society Institute.
The rally, the biggest this year in a cycle of pro-Europe protests convulsing the former Soviet republic for the past two months, was spurred by the legislation rushed through parliament last week and which the opposition says will lead to a police state.
Significantly raising the stakes in the confrontation with President Viktor Yanukovich, opposition leaders announced a plan to gather people's signatures expressing no confidence in his leadership and that of parliament. peace

The crackdown on the opposition comes after two deaths were confirmed among their ranks overnight. Both of the victims suffered fatal traumatic wounds, according to Kiev's chief doctor, Vitaly Mokhorev. Their bodies were brought to a volunteer medical post in Khrushchevskovo Street.
"Law enforcement do not carry firearms there," spokesman Sergey Burlakov said.
Rumors on the internet alleged that one of the victims was killed by a sniper, but there was no evidence provided to substantiate this assertion.
