Biography
Since 1976, Marrs has
taught a course on the assassination of President John F. Kennedy at the
University of Texas at Arlington. In 1989, his book, Crossfire: The
Plot That Killed Kennedy, was published and reached the New York Times
Paperback Non-Fiction Best Seller list in mid-February 1992. It became a
basis for the Oliver Stone film JFK. Marrs served as a chief consultant
for both the film's screenplay and production,Crossfire: The Plot That
Killed Kennedy.
Beginning in 1992, Marrs spent three years
researching and completing a non-fiction book on a top-secret government
program called the Stargate Project involving the psychic phenomenon
known as remote viewing, only to have the program canceled as it was
going to press in the summer of 1995. Within two months, the story of
military-developed remote viewing broke nationally in the Washington
Post after the CIA revealed the program.
In May 1997, Marrs'
investigation of UFOs, Alien Agenda, was published by HarperCollins
Publishers. Publishers Weekly described Alien Agenda as "the most
entertaining and complete overview of flying saucers and their crew in
years." The paperback edition was released in mid-1998. It has been
translated into several foreign languages and become the top-selling UFO
book in the world.
In early 2000, HarperCollins published Rule
by Secrecy, which claimed to trace a hidden history connecting modern
secret societies to ancient and medieval times. This book also reached
the New York Times Best Seller list. In 2003, his book The War on
Freedom probed the alleged conspiracies of the 9/11 attacks and their
aftermath. It was released in 2006 under the title The Terror
Conspiracy.
Marrs has been a featured speaker at a number of
national conferences including the annual International UFO Congress and
the annual Gulf Breeze UFO Conference, but he also speaks at local
conferences, such as Conspiracy Con and The Bay Area UFO Expo.[8]
Beginning in 2000, he began teaching a course on UFOs at the University
of Texas at Arlington. Marrs usually also gives a book signing at Brave
New Books in Austin, Texas at least once a year.

The situation in Egypt is extremely complicated and changing constantly. The arguments between the military and the Muslim Brotherhood go back over half a century and they are much more complicated than the press tends to give them credit for. It's history in the making. What happens in Egypt now will certainly determine the future of both the Middle East and the world in general. While the French and Russian revolutions seem so far away now, it's important to remember how they shaped us, and one day, we will similarly remember the Egyptian Revolution. Thousands of supporters of Egypt's ousted President Mohamed Mursi protest in Cairo while a military-driven plan to resolve the political crisis remains mired in mistrust and confusion.
Mursi was toppled Wednesday in a takeover the military denies was a coup.
His supporters say they have the numbers on their side.
The opposition is also out in force after transitional authorities had been set to appoint liberal politician Mohamed ElBaradei, before his candidacy was thrown into doubt when a hardline Islamist party objected.
Russia's Vladimir Putin in Kazakstan says he fears a civil war.

Radio host and pastor Stan Johnson discussed prophecy for the United
States and why he believes CERN has a hidden agenda to open a wormhole
to other dimensions. "Something bad is coming," Johnson said, "I think
everybody in America senses it." Johnson shared his contention that the
Large Hadron Collider (LHC) at CERN may be causing the strange sounds
reported in the skies all over the world, as well as recent natural
disasters. He expressed doubt for CERN's stated agenda of finding the
elusive Higgs boson particle. The LHC could create a black hole capable
of destroying the planet, or possibly open a door to another world,

According to Johnson, the United States' days are numbered, as the country has been marked by God for punishment. It will begin with an internal revolution, followed by an attack from the combined forces of Russia, Cuba, Nicaragua, Central America, and Mexico, Johnson explained. American will be defeated in one hour, he added. Johnson foresees a time when Egypt, Libya, Syria, Iraq, and Iran, work together as an Islamic super-power to launch World War III against Israel. Israel will ultimately prevail, he noted. A world government will eventually be established, with Russia at its head, Johnson predicted. He also talked about aliens from a biblical perspective, identifying them as the 'sons of God' mentioned in scripture; a forthcoming 'mark of the beast' injection that will repair DNA and heal disease; and the end of the elected presidency, with Obama being the last to hold the office.

Eustace Clarence Mullins, Jr. (March 9, 1923 – February 2, 2010) was a populist American political writer, biographer. His most famous work is The Secrets of The Federal Reserve. Along with Nesta Webster, he is generally regarded as one of the most influential authors in the genre of conspiracism.
Eustace Clarence Mullins, Jr. was born in Roanoke, Virginia, the third child of Eustace Clarence Mullins (1899–1961) and his wife Jane Katherine Muse (1897–1971). His father was a salesman in a retail clothing store.
Eustace Mullins was educated at Washington and Lee University, New York University, the University of North Dakota and the Institute of Contemporary Arts (Washington, D.C.)
In December 1942, at Charlottesville, Virginia he enlisted in the military as a Warrant Officer. He was a veteran of the United States Army Air Forces, with thirty-eight months active service during World War II.
Mullins frequently visited poet Ezra Pound during his period of incarceration in St. Elizabeths Hospital for the Mentally Ill in Washington, D.C. between 1946 and 1959. According to Mullins it was Pound who set him on the course of research that led to his writing The Secrets of The Federal Reserve
Mullins was a researcher at the Library of Congress in 1950 and worked with Senator Joseph McCarthy investigating Communist Party funding sources.He later stated that he believed McCarthy had "started to turn the tide against world communism". Shortly after his first book came out in 1952, he was discharged by the Library of Congress.
In the 1950s, Mullins wrote for Conde McGinley’s newspaper Common Sense, which promoted the second edition of his book on the Federal Reserve, entitled The Federal Reserve Conspiracy (1954). Around this time, he also wrote for Lyrl Clark Van Hyning's Chicago-based newsletter, Women's Voice. In 1995, he was writing for Criminal Politics. Around the end of his life, he would write for Willis Carto's magazine Barnes Review.

No casualties are reported at this time. The cause of the crash is also unknown, though one official, who asked not to be named, said the plane was not making an emergency landing.
Witnesses say the landing gear had come down when the tail came off, causing the plane to flip upside down and eventually skid to a stop on its back. (UPDATE 3:41 p.m.: Reports are now indicating that the plane is rightside up.) Smoke was seen billowing from the massive jet, and after rescue crews put out the fire much of the plane's roof appeared to have burned off.
The 777 is a large model airplane that can carry up to 450 people.

According to a report by KTTV, the exercise is a "full scale terrorism drill" taking place nationwide. In Los Angeles, the drill involves the LA County Sheriff's Department, Homeland Security and TSA agents, as well as plain clothed officers who will be, "working undercover, looking like any other passenger, they scour faces, briefcases and backpacks, looking for anything out of the ordinary."
Officials claim the drills are to make the public feel "safe" in light of claims that the alleged Boston Bombers had planned a July 4 terror attack in New York.
According to Nicole Nishida of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, Americans will celebrate their "independence" from tyranny by submitting to random bag searches.
Although the drill is "high visibility" in one sense -- cops dressed in riot gear will be involved -- many details of the exercise remain "top secret and that's the way it should be. Only they need to know what the game plan is," reports KTTV.
Instead of asking hard questions about what precisely taxpayer dollars were being spent on, the news channel prostituted itself to become a mouthpiece for the authorities, justifying the drill by hyping the threat of terrorism - when in reality academic studies show that Americans are more likely to be killed by accident-causing deer, severe allergic reactions to peanuts, or bee stings than they are by terrorists.
"What we need to know, or rather be reminded of, is that the threats, homegrown and imported, are all too real. And in one way, we're all undercover agents who need to be aware of our surroundings," states the report, encouraging Americans to become spies for the state.
The report also failed to mention that virtually all of the major domestic terror plots in the United States over the last decade have been "hatched by the FBI," as the New York Times reported.
L.A. County's Homeland Security Division chief Ted Sexton admitted that the DHS drill was not based on "any credible threat information."
As we reported yesterday, many Americans frustrated with over the top security measures have given up on celebrating Independence Day altogether, noting that the stifling precautions have left them with little "freedom" to exercise. He was a fascinating mixture of contrasts. He combined a brilliant mind with an ungracious personality. He was an astrophysicist who taught social science. He preached the importance of respect for intellectual property, but freely lifted the ideas of others without giving them credit. He was dishonest, but he inspired others to be more honest. He disdained the word "libertarian" while turning thousands of people into libertarians. He was an insensitive teacher, and yet he apparently changed the lives of most of the people he taught.
So I've listed eleven ways to move yourself toward independence, which also happens to mean self-sustainability, self-reliance and self-worth. You may not be able to achieve full independence for each of these, but you can always increase your degree of independence so that you rely less and less on the system. This makes you a stronger, more resourceful and even a more dignified individual while honoring those same qualities in America's founding fathers.

Turn off the TV and stop watching CNN which is nothing more than pure political theater designed to distract you from what's really going on. Cancel your subscription to cable or satellite television. Stop watching sitcoms and stop reading mainstream newspapers.
