Let’s see…there was the 9/11 attacks, Boston strangler, Christopher Dorner, Son of Sam, and other occurrences where over 9000+ police and militray didn’t lock down an entire city under martial law. Do they really believe that martial law can stop future attacks and keep us safe if they failed to keep us safe from these occurrences, which happened over the course of years? They need to get real with themselves and stop robbing the people of their liberties under false pretenses!!!!!
An expansion and tightening down of the police state is NOT the answer.

There was far less crime when firearms ownership, and carrying a gun openly, was commonplace and didn’t cause a stir of indignation from a bunch of wusses who are too afraid of their own shadow to even contemplate taking responsibility for their own safety and the safety of their families and communities.
The government loves that “the government will protect me” attitude … It’s the source of tremendous power for the politicians and their agents.
Look at the militarization of our police departments and the growth of the new Gestapo known as DHS.
Look at the FBI and BATF’s assassination of Randy Weaver’s wife and son at Ruby Ridge and their assassination of about 80 innocent men, women and children at Waco … Study those events and you will see that they were murderd by government agents who not only walked free with no punishment, but were actually commended and promoted as a reward when the dust settled after the cover ups.
We don’t need more Gestapo, we need for people to get over their irrational fear of weapons of self-defense (a fear that is being indoctrinated into our children in those government indoctrination centers known as public schools … research that on the Internet too).
People need to realize that, as Ronald Reagan said, “(More) government isn’t the solution, it’s the problem,” and as George Washinton said, “Government is not reason, it is not eloquence, it is force; like fire, a troublesome servant and a fearful master. Never for a moment should it be left to irresponsible action.”

Security cameras have showed US Security personnel with black backpacks all over the scene earlier, but dispersed just a minute or two before the explosion occurred. Video footage of remnants of the explosion showed that it was detonated from a black backpack. Troubling is the fact that the CIA and FBI had the suspects on their terror watch list and had been following them since 2011. Also troubling is the documented fact that the US has backed terroists operating in Russia's caucasus region.

Updating viewers on some of the developments (Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has been moved from the hospital to a medical detention facility), the hosts also took note of the suspects' mother, who gave an interview yesterday to CNN. While she was clearly "crazy with grief and rage," Steve Doocy noted, "from all indications, she was crazy before." Agreeing that there won't be much sympathy for the mother, Gretchen Carlson pivoted to the welfare angle on the story, asking, "Were the two suspects and the entire family, for that matter, on the government dole for the entire time that they lived here in the United States of America, a country they now hate?" Informing that Patrick won't further explain what assistance the family received due to personal privacy, Carlson questioned how privacy comes into play when one of the suspects is dead. If taxpayers were financing the family, she argued, the information should be "public knowledge." "Before the governor told all the state agencies to clam up, it was clear, it was leaked to some of the Boston papers, that both the bombers wound up with Massachusetts state's welfare, their parents wound up with welfare," Steve Doocy chimed in. "His wife, the eldest bomber, she wound up with welfare, along with their three-year-old." Doocy further alluded to radio host Howie Carr's recent remarks about Patrick, in which he contended that the governor was "standing up for the rights of terror" — which, for a Democrat, is a "resumé enhancer."

Charities, like the Trussell Trust - the largest provider of food banks in the UK with 345 established centers - say a further 400-600 more such centers are needed to cope with the growing demand.

Every family who comes to one of their food bank is given three-day's supply of dry goods including pasta, rice and tinned produce. The projects are run by volunteers.

In the past 5 years, over 600 undocumented immigrants have been deported from US hospitals while they were unconscious, after health care providers decided it would cost too much to let them stay. The numbers are sure to be higher because estimating the number of cases is difficult since no government agency or organization keeps track and many go unreported. The federal government claims it's not involved in the hospital deportations, that it has been the decisions of the health care providers exclusively to send patients back to their home countries without their knowing --- all in the name of curbing medical expenses. It's so common now that it even has a name "medical repatriation," where the patients are placed on chartered international flights paid for by the hospitals. All taking place in what seems to be an unregulated sort of a black hole without any way of monitoring the practice.

Armored vehicles and helicopters circling overhead assisted the patrols as law enforcement allegedly served warrants for drugs and weapons charges. It's reasonable to assume that the raids partially occurred as a result of SB 140's recent passage, a California bill touted as one that would expedite the confiscation of "illegal" firearms from people with "serious mental illness" and criminal convictions.

Wikepedia :The circumstances surrounding the assassination of John F. Kennedy on November 22, 1963 spawned suspicions of a conspiracy. These suspicions were mitigated somewhat when an official investigation by the Warren Commission concluded the following year that there was no conspiracy. Since then, doubts have arisen regarding the Commission's finding that a lone gunman was responsible for the assassination of Kennedy, and most Americans today believe that others were also involved in the assassination.[1] Critics have argued that the Commission and the government have covered-up crucial information pointing to a conspiracy.

Subsequent official investigations confirmed most of the conclusions of the Warren Commission. However, the United States House Select Committee on Assassinations (HSCA) concluded that Kennedy was probably assassinated as the result of a conspiracy, with "...a high probability that two gunmen fired at [the] President."[2][3] No person or organization was identified by the HSCA as being a co-conspirator of Lee Harvey Oswald. Most current theories put forth a criminal conspiracy involving parties as varied as the CIA, the KGB, FBI director J. Edgar Hoover, sitting Vice President Lyndon B. President John F. Kennedy was assassinated by gunfire as he traveled in a motorcade in an open-top limousine in Dallas, Texas on Friday, November 22, 1963 (12:30 pm, CST); Texas Governor John Connally was wounded during the shooting, but survived. Within two hours, Lee Harvey Oswald was arrested for the murder of Dallas policeman J.D. Tippit and arraigned that evening. Shortly after 1:30 am, Saturday, Oswald was arraigned for murdering President Kennedy as well.[4][5] On Sunday, November 24, at 11:21 am, nightclub owner Jack Ruby shot and killed Oswald as he was being transferred to the county jail.

In recent news, the dreaded CISPA (Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act) bill passed the house on April 18th 2013 in it’s second attempt to become law. The first attempt, April 2012, of the bill passed the house but not the senate. President Obama’s advisers have warned that the bill will violate natural rights ensure by the constitution for all Americans.

The CISPA bill allows the government and it’s agencies to access internet data from internet service providers. Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has been charges with using weapons of mass destruction in the Boston bombings with a common pressure cooker. The audacity of the US administration is incredible, to brand Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and his brother as terrorists, if indeed they are guilty, because we do not yet know, their acts would simply be the results and consequences of US and Western murder, torture and genocide in the Middle East, on a daily basis. Beck challenged members of President Barack Obama's administration to reveal to the public what they know about the Saudi and stave off an brewing inter-agency feud over which department is incorrect about the Saudi's relevance to the investigation into the Boston attack. An extensive post on The Blaze contains the details of what the government knew about Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi, the Saudi Arabian national who was detained as a "person of interest" after the attack on the Boston Marathon last Monday. Alharbi was reportedly set to be deported under "security and related grounds" after being suspected of having engaged in "terrorist activities" before that deportation order was revoked. Beck had previously stressed that Alharbi's "212, 3B" status indicating a high threat level is difficult to apply to an individual and cannot be applied without showing extensive reasoning. "The Blaze received word that the government may not deport the Saudi national," writes Erica Ritz. "New info provided to The Blaze reveals Alharbi's file was altered on the evening of April 17 to disassociate him from the initial charges." The Blaze also reported that the Department of Homeland Security has confirmed that Alharbi was placed on the terror "watch list" after the attack on the Boston Marathon. Beck said on his radio program that an "event file" created for Alharbi listed him as an "armed and dangerous" person. A portion of the event file The Blaze released to the public shows Alharbi matched a "no fly" code and had not undergone a sufficient vetting prior to his admission into the United States. "Since [Tuesday], according to the various agencies investigating the bombing, Alharbi has gone from person of interest, to material witness, to witness, to victim," Beck said. He noted that the DHS accused the FBI of rushing to judgment in their decision to detain Alharbi in the wake of the attack on Boston. Beck said that an official with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) informed The Blaze that they have mistaken this Alharbi with another Alharbi. However, Beck said, the DHS told The Blaze that they did not mistake anyone's identity and the FBI had simply misjudged the threat posed by Alharbi. "I'm wondering if we've ever learned anything at all from 9/11." Beck asked. "Who takes the blame for this one in the end? I'm sure it's not the White House." Napolitano firmly responded: "He was not on a watchlist. What happened is — this student was, really when you back it out, he was in the wrong place at the wrong time. He was never a subject. He was never even really a person of interest. Because he was being interviewed, he was at that point put on a watchlist, and then when it was quickly determined he had nothing to do with the bombing, the watch listing status was removed."

A new bird flu strain that has sickened more than 100 and killed 22 in China is "one of the most lethal" of its kind, and has now spread to another country, according to the World Health Organization (WHO).
A 53-year-old Taiwan businessman contracted the H7N9 strain of bird flu while travelling in China, Taiwan's Health Department said Wednesday. This is the first reported case outside China's mainland.
The man was hospitalized after becoming ill three days after returning from Suzhou on April 9, Health Department Minister Wen-Ta Chiu told a news conference. Chiu said the patient was diagnosed with the H7N9 virus and was in serious condition.
Chiu said Taiwan will take appropriate measures, including opening a special out-patient clinic for H7N9 cases.
The Centers of Disease Control and Prevention is keeping a close eye on this virus, which may be resistant to some antibiotic drugs.

4/23/13 - The Mississippi man released on Tuesday after being detained and accused of sending ricin-laced letters to President Barack Obama and Sen. Roger Wicker (R-MS), according to his attorney, Christi McCoy, was framed. In an interview with CNN anchor Chris Cuomo, McCoy said that her client, Kevin Curtis, was the victim of an elaborate plot which set him up as the person responsible for sending a deadly poison to some of America's most prominent elected officials.

"You're saying he's the wrong guy?" Cuomo asked. McCoy said that Curtis is innocent of the charges against him.

"I do believe that the government did what they believe was in everyone -- everyone's best interest because of where the evidence pointed at that time," McCoy replied.

She said that Curtis is an "activist" and is passionate about the organ and tissue donation industry. McCoy said that the signature which Curtis used on social media outlets, "I am KC and I approve this message," became of interest to authorities when that signature was discovered on the ricin-laced letters sent to elected officials.

"You think somebody was trying to frame him?" Cuomo asked.

"I absolutely do," McCoy replied.
