FAMILY GUY Episode PREDICTS BOSTON MARATHON BOMBING - YouTube Tries to Censor Clip

UPDATE: YouTube has now censored a commentary video which merely pointed out that a recently broadcast episode of Family Guy contained scenes eerily similar to those that unfolded during the Boston Marathon attack. YouTube deleted the video claiming it contained, "spam," "scams" or "commercially deceptive content," when it contained none of these things. YouTube has also placed a strike against the host channel and threatened to delete it.

In addition, it is now being claimed that the whole issue is an "abhorrent hoax" merely because the two scenes from the same episode were spliced together. The fact that the episode depicted people being killed at the Boston Marathon, in addition to a separate clip which depicted two explosions, is not a hoax.

Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane created a cartoon which made fun of terrorist bombings and depicted mutilated Boston Marathon runners, yet he is labeling people who merely talk about the episode as "abhorrent".

Tivo and others are now removing the episode from their systems, which is strange given that the episode is supposedly a "hoax" and doesn't exist, according to the media.

This underscores the fact that if they will censor a cartoon in the aftermath of a terrorist attack, they will censor anything -- including your right to merely talk about it.

An episode of the popular show Family Guy which was first aired less than a month ago eerily predicted aspects of the Boston Marathon attack, depicting the main character detonating two bombs in addition to winning the marathon by killing the rest of the participants.

The episode, named Turban Cowboy, centers around Peter becoming embroiled with terrorists who plan on blowing up bridges in Boston. The show aired on March 17, just under a month ago on the Fox network and has been repeated in recent days.

The image of Peter killing the Boston Marathon runners even shows blood and missing limbs, a chilling reminder of the very real scenes of carnage we saw yesterday.

One of the more tasteless hoaxes making the rounds in the wake of the bombing at the Boston Marathon revolves around a recent episode of Fox's Family Guy. "Turban Cowboy," which premiered in the U.S. on March 17, culminates with a scene depicting Peter Griffin accidentally blowing up a bridge by dialing a terrorist's cell phone. But in the video making the rounds online, the cell phone scene is placed immediately after an unrelated moment in the episode when Bob Costas, voicing himself, asks Peter how he won the Boston Marathon. Aside from the confusion prompted in people unaware that the clip is a hoax, it's drawn criticism from those involved with the show.

"The edited Family Guy clip currently circulating is abhorrent," creator Seth MacFarlane wrote on Twitter. "The event was a crime and a tragedy, and my thoughts are with the victims."

On Tuesday, Fox removed the episode from Fox.com and Hulu.com, a rep for the network confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter.
Hours after it was debunked, Glenn Beck continued to beat the drum of a conspiracy theory that the Obama administration is deporting a Saudi national who was behind the tragic bombings at the Boston marathon.

The conspiracy theory arose when Steve Emerson, a guest on Fox News' Hannity, accused the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) of preparing to deport a Saudi national "person of interest" in the bombings at the Boston marathon. Right-wing blogs like Glenn Beck's The Blaze, Breitbart.com, WND, and Infowars quickly latched on to the story, alleging President Obama wishes to cover up Saudi Arabian and Al Qaeda ties to the attack.

The myth pretends that a Saudi national who was hospitalized after sustaining injuries in the bombing -- initially reported to be a "person of interest," though he never was -- is the same man DHS is allegedly in the process of deporting for visa violations.

DHS soundly discredited the conspiracy theory this afternoon, explaining to CNN's Jake Tapper that the rumors are confusing two very different men.

Still, hours later, Beck continued to run with the debunked conspiracy on his television program, claiming his "sources" knew better (emphasis added):

4/19/13 - Maret Tsarnaev, the aunt of the two suspects in the bombing of the Boston Marathon, spoke to reporters on Friday and expressed strong doubts that either of the two brothers accused of conducting the terror attack in Boston on Monday were involved. She told reporters that she is concerned a conspiracy had been orchestrated to implicate her nephews in the bombing.

Tsarnaev began by telling reporters that she contacted the FBI voluntarily in spite of her reservation that the charges against her nephews were legitimate. She went on to say that the evidence presented against the Tsarnaev brothers is, in her opinion, thin.

"Could it be staged?" Tsarnaev asked reporters "I have to question everything. That's my nature."

"I am suspicious that this was staged. The picture was staged," she added of the surveillance video released by the FBI on Thursday.

"By who?" a reporter asked.

"Whoever is looking for those who need to be blamed for these attacks," she replied.

"You think they're being set up by someone else?" another reporter inquired.

"What do you mean, 'someone else?'" Tsarnaev shot back. "Who is interested in this case? When you're blowing up people and you want to bring attention to something for some purpose... you know, you do that math."

"I'm used to being set up," she continued. "Before I left former Soviet Union countries, that's how I lived."

Suspect No. 2 identified: Dzhokhar A Tsarnaev

The surviving Boston bomb suspect hails from Chechnya or Turkey and has lived in the United States for at least one year.

Federal law enforcement sources told Fox News that authorities are investigating whether Dzhokhar A. Tsarnaev, 19, of Cambridge, Mass., and his brother may have had military training overseas.

The two men believed to be the suspects from Monday's terror attack apparently surfaced just hours after the FBI released their imaged late Thursday afternoon, shooting the police officer, robbing a convenience store, carjacking a man who later escaped and engaging in a wild shootout with Boston police, in which they hurled explosives from their stolen car.

"We believe this man to be a terrorist," said Boston Police Commissioner Ed Davis. "We believe this to be a man who's come here to kill people."

The bombings on Monday killed three people and injured more than 180 others.

Bitcoin is the most widely used alternative currency[3][14] and accepted by various merchants and services internationally. A fiery explosion at a Texas fertilizer plant in a small town north of Waco injured nearly 200 people, destroyed dozens of homes and businesses and prompted widespread evacuations.

Area hospitals reported treating slightly more than 170 people injured by the blast at the plant in West, Texas, and said more patients were on the way.

The blast also has caused fatalities, said State Trooper D.L. Wilson of the Texas Department of Public Safety, though as of 1 a.m. ET he did not immediately know how many.

"We have tremendous amount of injuries, probably over 100 injuries at this time," Wilson said. "At this time, we do have confirmed fatalities."

Besides the injuries, officials said homes in a radius of about five blocks around the plant were heavily damaged -- perhaps 75 homes or more.

Witnesses reported heavy fire or concussive damage to a nursing home, where more than 130 residents were evacuated, and also to a middle school and an apartment complex in the area.

"It's total chaos," West City Councilwoman Cheryl Marak said, according to ABC News Radio. "There's ambulances and fire trucks and police cars from everywhere."

Just after 2 a.m. ET, hospitals near the blast site reported 172 people being treated, with 23 more en route and expected to be admitted. At least 24 patients at the hospitals were in critical condition and 38 in serious condition.

Baptist Hillcrest Medical Center in Waco, Texas, had more than 100 of the patients and was expecting more, according to David Argueta, vice president of operations.

"They are coming in ambulances cars, vans, pretty much anything," the center's CEO, Brett Esrock, said earlier.

Patients from the blast also were confirmed at Providence Healthcare Network in Waco, Parkland Hospital in Dallas, and Scott and White Memorial in Temple, Texas.

Witnesses to the explosion described a massive force that burned buildings, knocked down people, blew out windows and left an apartment complex as "just a skeleton standing up."

The blast even registered as a 2.1 magnitude earthquake, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

Marak told ABC News that the explosion was so massive it killed her pet dog and destroyed her house approximately 2 1/2 blocks from the plant, as well as houses around it.

"With the explosions, the whole street lifted up," she told ABC News. "It was like a massive bomb went off. It demolished both my houses -- my mother's and mine."

"I think everything around us is pretty much just gone," she added, according to ABC News Radio.

Keith Williams, a local resident, said his house also was completely destroyed, according to ABC News Radio.

"All the ceilings are out," Williams said. "The windows are out. The brick's knocked off the house. My big garage out back is half blowed in."

He also saw "people with all their houses tore up across the street from me, on each side of me."

The West Fertilizer Plant exploded around 8 p.m. local time, and there were subsequent explosions around 10 p.m., ABC News affiliate WFAA reported. The cause of the explosions was unconfirmed, but a dispatcher was heard warning crews to move away from chemicals in unexploded tanks.

West Mayor Mayor Tommy Muska put the blast timeline earlier, telling WFAA that even beforehand, firefighters were responding to a fire at the plant at approximately 6:30 p.m. The AP reported several of those firefighters remained missing.

Back in 2010 in Chicago, under Operation Vigilant Guard (OVG), where Polish Armed Forces not only "observed" urban warfare drills, but also participated in exercises specializing in detaining Americans during counter-terror drills. According to one Polish major, the exercises were "the next step" in combining both the Illinois National Guard and Polish military personnel in a psy-op campaign to acclimate Americans to seeing foreign troops in the domestic US and gain acceptance for these soldiers assisting local law enforcement in everyday duties.
In Colorado, rumors of Russian troops practicing to deal with terrorist raids and martial law scenarios have been proven correct by our US Armed Forces.

Back in April, Commander Wendy L. Snyder, U.S. Defense Press Officer, stated that "The Russian soldiers are here as invited guests of the U.S. government; this is part of a formal bilateral exchange program between the U.S. and Russia that seeks to develop transparency and promote defense reform."

In Oregon, under OVG, NORTHCOM and NORAD joined with the Oregon National Guard and the Portland Police Bureau to train to disarm Americans. This drill included armed soldiers from Bangladesh in connection with the National Guard Bureau's State Partnership Program which forages partnerships with American and foreign troops.Lt. Col. Steven Osterholzer confirmed that Russian and American soldiers were conducting anti-terrorism exercises, including firing weapons and practicing parachute drops.

The Air Force Reserve Command has requested that Congress authorize US armed forces to be used against Americans as a newly formed response team for domestic disturbances.

The Obama administration, during high-level talks with US Marine Corp officials, ordered war games exercises to train US troops in tactical operations for the known purpose of continuity of government and territorial sovereignty. The location of the exercises "is irrelevant", according to Ensign Bryan Mitchell, spokesman for the U.S. Marines Corp.

Texas Explosion 'Was Like A Nuclear Bomb'A number of people have been killed and hundreds injured after an explosion at a fertiliser plant in Texas. The blast happened in West, near Waco. More than half of the town has been evacuated.

A large fertilizer plant explosion rocked a small Texas town Wednesday night, injuring "hundreds" of people and leaving dozens of homes destroyed.

It is the "most devastating thing that's happened to this community," West Mayor Tommy Muska said at an news conference, late Wednesday.

"We need your prayers," Muska said. "There's a lot of people that are hurt. And there's a lot of people that I'm sure are not going to be here tomorrow."

Multiple officials confirmed that there were fatalities in the explosion but wouldn't give any early numbers.

Muska said the fertilizer plant was already fully engulfed in flames between 6:30 and 7 p.m. local time (7:30 - 8 p.m. Eastern), when the explosion occured.

An explosion at a fertilizer plant in West, Texas Wednesday night leaves hundreds injured as emergency officials respond to the situation.

Muska, who is also a firefighter, was on his way toward the inferno at the time of the blast but was still a few blocks away.

"It blew my hat off, and then I heard it. I felt it before I heard it," Muska said. "It was a very powerful explosion."

He said the blast destroyed houses in a five- to six-block radius in the town 20 miles north of Waco.

"I went by my house and it's pretty much a mess," said Muska, adding that the door and windows had been blown out.

Muska didn't give any exact numbers on how many people might have been killed, but noted, "there's a lot of people that I'm sure are not going to be here tomorrow ... it is a cut across our hearts."

The Waco Department of Public Safety told NBC 5 of Dallas that many of the injuries were severe in the blast.

NBC 5 reported that some 200 people were injured in the explosion, with 40 of those in critical condition at various hospitals.

Sgt. W. Patrick Swanton, of the Waco Police Department, told NBC News early Thursday that "at this point we do not have confirmed numbers. I can tell you there are hundreds of of individuals that have been injured." He said approximately 50-75 homes in the area have been damaged.

Officials said they would be doing house by house searches all night for further victims.

There are only about 2,700 residents in West.

"It's a lot of devastation. I've never seen anything like this," McLennan County Sheriff Parnell McNamara told Reuters. "It looks like a war zone with all the debris."

Hazmat teams were on the scene as traces of anhydrous ammonia were still present in the air, Muska said, adding that search-and-rescue teams were going door to door looking for survivors.

"We're going to make sure everyone's accounted for," Muska said.

Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center in Waco told NBC News that 66 patients have been treated at their trauma center. Those with lesser injuries had been discharged, while others had gone into surgery. The hospital said 38 patients are considered "seriously injured."

A spokesman for the Texas Department of Public Safety, D.L. Wilson, also said the blast had probably caused "hundreds of casualties" and damaged many homes.

He added that a nearby nursing home collapsed from the explosion and that people were believed trapped inside. Wilson said 133 people were inside the nursing home. He said the building had been evacuated but was unclear how many residents sustained injuries.

NBC 5 quoted witnesses as saying a nearby funeral home and an apartment complex also sustained serious damage. Interstate 35 was closed in McLennan County.

BREAKING - Waco Texas Fertilizer Plant Explosion

Major Explosion Reported at Fertilizer Plant.
(CNN) -- An explosion ripped through a fertilizer plant Wednesday night in West, Texas, CNN affiliate KWTX reported.
A photo taken after the explosion -- which reportedly happened around 7:50 p.m. (8:50 p.m. ET) -- showed a huge plume of smoke rising high into the air.
The West Fertilizer Plant is located about 20 miles north of Waco. A school and a nursing home are among the buildings near the plant.
Authorities did not respond immediately to CNN's requests for comment on Wednesday night.
Tommy Alford, who works in a convenience store about three miles from the plant, told CNN that several volunteer firefighters were at the store when they spotted smoke.
Alford said the firefighters headed toward the scene and then between five and 10 minutes later, he heard a massive explosion.

As I predicted in my book The Emergency Transformation of Human Beings www.jasonliosatos.com we are immersed in a new wave of insanity as the money and precious metals system becomes more and more transparent as the transient, illusory system that it always was and always will be. People psychologically become accustomed to, and believe in the money system very early in their childhood, conditioned by the system we are born into, and by our copy cat responses, programmed into us by our parents who were also victims of victims, though of course they did their best for us with the situation and the knowledge they had, at that given time.

We are facing the prospect of a financial collapse of such proportion, that its consequences would scare us to death, and such a crash would make generations of peoples efforts and suffering over many hundreds or thousands of years a tragic and terrible waste. This system of money and debt is a malignant cancer, and can be likened to a gangrenous limb on the body of the planet, and society, which is killing most people spiritually and physically, and if it is not amputated and discarded very soon it will destroy the whole body. It is undoubtedly a Frankensteins monster and must be stopped somehow before it not only destroys itself, but destroys people’s lives even more than it already has.

Most brave people worldwide put on a courageous mask daily, and dare not say how they feel, or voice their innate, secret fear of helplessness, as they bravely go about their day, barely scratching a living to pay bills and eat. And let us not further fall into the trap of saying “it could be worse” and “there is noting we can do about it”, because that hopeless attitude has plunged us further and further into ruthless hands of our controllers, our puppet masters, who pull our strings as we dance in fear to their tune of dependency, and pluck our strings of trust.

NBC. Federal agents on Wednesday arrested a suspect in the mailing of letters to President Barack Obama and a U.S. senator that initially tested positive for the poison ricin.
The suspect was identified as Kenneth Curtis of Tupelo, Miss., federal officials told NBC News.
Both letters carried an identical closing statement, according to an FBI bulletin obtained by NBC News on Wednesday.
According to the FBI bulletin, both letters, postmarked April 8, 2013 out of Memphis, Tenn., included an identical phrase, "to see a wrong and not expose it, is to become a silent partner to its continuance."
In addition, both letters are signed: "I am KC and I approve this message."
The letter to Obama was intercepted at an off-site White House mail facility and was being tested further, the FBI said. A federal law enforcement official said that the letter was "very similar" to one addressed to Sen. Roger Wicker, R-Miss.
Two federal officials said late Wednesday that an initial laboratory test on the material in the letters was inconclusive. The test shows some level of ricin, they said, but the potency is uncertain. They cannot tell whether the material is actually harmful or not. So more tests have been ordered.
The sender of the letters, one official said, "may have stumbled onto something," but it's unknown if he actually made full-blown ricin toxin.
Ricin is made from castor beans and can kill within 36 hours. There is no antidote. Some threatening letters simply contain ground castor beans, resulting in a positive field test for ricin without the concentrated poison. Results from full laboratory tests are expected in the next 24 to 48 hours.
Filters at a second government mail screening facility also tested positive for ricin in preliminary screening Wednesday.
An FBI official told NBC News that the agency did not initially believe the letters were related to the attack on the Boston Marathon on Monday.
Authorities also for a time cleared the atrium of a Senate office building Wednesday, removing suspicious envelopes and a package, before reopening the offices. Capitol police were also investigating a suspicious package at the office of Sen. Richard Shelby, R-Ala. Shelby's staff had not been evacuated.
The Wicker letter had no return address. The FBI confirmed the preliminary positive test on it Tuesday. That letter was intercepted at a postal facility in Maryland that screens mail sent to Congress, and never reached Wicker's office.
Other senators were made aware of the Wicker letter during a briefing Tuesday evening on the bombing in Boston. Sen. Claire McCaskill, D-Mo., said that the person who sent Wicker the letter writes often to elected officials.
People can be exposed to ricin by touching a ricin-laced letter or by inhaling particles that enter the air when the envelope is opened. Touching ricin can cause a rash but is not usually fatal. Inhaling it can cause trouble breathing, fever and other symptoms, and can be fatal.
At a hearing Wednesday on the Postal Service's finances, Postmaster General Patrick Donahoe said that while there have been ricin scares in the past, the recent discoveries were unprecedented.
"There's never been any actually proved that have gone through the system," Donahoe said. "But we've got a process that we make sure that our employees know -- We can actually track the mail back through the system to double check from an employee health standpoint."
Field tests are conducted anytime suspicious powder is found in a mail facility, and the FBI cautioned that field tests and other preliminary tests can produce inconsistent results. When tests show the possibility of a biological agent, the material is sent to a laboratory for full analysis.

BREAKING : Marathon Boston Bombing Suspect First Description

BOSTON - Investigators believe they have identified a suspect in the Boston Marathon bombing from security video and an official statement was expected later in the day, a U.S. law enforcement source said on Wednesday.

However, no arrest had been made, three separate U.S. government and law enforcement sources told Reuters.

Police may make an appeal to the public for more information at a news conference scheduled for later on Wednesday, a U.S. government source said.

Earlier, CNN reported that a suspect was in custody, citing law enforcement sources. But then the network cited three sources who said no one was under arrest after all.

The identification of a possible suspect marked the most significant publicly disclosed break since Monday's blast at the marathon finish line killed three people and injured 176 others.

Investigators were also searching through thousands of pieces of evidence from cell phone pictures to shrapnel shards pulled from victims' legs.

Based on shards of metal, fabric, wires and a battery recovered at the scene, the focus turned to whoever may have made bombs in pressure cooker pots and taken them in heavy black nylon bags to the finish line of the world-famous race watched by crowds of spectators.

A stretch of Boston's Boylston Street almost a mile long and blocks around it remained closed as investigators searched for clues in the worst attack on U.S. soil since the hijacked plane strikes of Sept. 11, 2001.

Cities across the United States were on edge after Monday's blasts in Boston. Adding to the nervousness was the announcement that mail containing a suspicious substance addressed to a lawmaker and to President Barack Obama. The FBI said, however, that agents had found no link the attack in Boston.

The blasts at the finish line of Monday's race injured 176 people and killed three: an 8-year old boy, Martin Richard, a 29-year-old woman, Krystle Campbell and a Boston University graduate student who was a Chinese citizen.

Boston University identified the student as Lu Lingzi.

No one has claimed responsibility for the attack.

"Whether it's homegrown, or foreign, we just don't know yet. And so I'm not going to contribute to any speculation on that," said U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry, who until January was Massachusetts' senior senator. "It's just hard to believe that a Patriots' Day holiday, which is normally such time of festivities, turned into bloody mayhem." - Reuters

Boston Marathon bombings: Suspect identified on video, no arrest : Investigators believe they have identified a suspect in the Boston Marathon bombing from security video and an official statement was expected later in the day, a law enforcement source said on Wednesday. However, no arrest had been made, three separate government and law enforcement sources told Reuters. Police may make an appeal to the public for more information at a news conference scheduled for later on Wednesday, a government source said.

Authorities may have identified a suspect in the Boston Marathon bombings, CNN reports. The FBI is holding a press conference at 5:00 p.m. and may announce the news then. CNN attributed the news to an unnamed source, and reported that the breakthrough in the investigation came from analyzing department store surveillance video and video from a news station. The Boston Globe reported that officials have found an image of "a suspect carrying, and perhaps dropping, a black bag at the second bombing scene."

Years ago, Mrs Thatcher recognised the truth behind the European Project. She saw that it was about taking away democracy from nation states and handing that power to largely unaccountable people.

Knowing as she did that the euro would not work she saw that this was a very dangerous design. Now we in UKIP take that same view and I tried over the years in this parliament to predict what the next moves would be as the euro disaster unfolded.

But not even me, in my most pessimistic of speeches would have imagined, Mr Rehn, that you and others in the Troika would resort to the level of common criminals and steal money from peoples' bank accounts in order to keep propped up this total failure that is the euro.

You even tried to take money away from the small investors in direct breach of the promise you made back in 2008.

Well the precedent has been set, and if we look at countries like Spain where business bankruptcies are up 45% year on year, we can see what your plan is to deal with the other bailouts as they come.

I must say, the message this sends out to investors is very loud and clear: Get your money out of the Eurozone before they come for you.
What you have done in Cyprus is you actually sounded the death knell of the euro. Nobody in the international community will have confidence in leaving their money there.

And how ironic to see the Russian prime minister Dmitry Medvedev compare your actions and say, ' I can only compare it to some of the decisions taken by the Soviet authorities.'

And then we have a new German proposal that says that actually what we ought to do is confiscate some of the value of peoples' properties in the southern Mediterranean eurozone states.

This European Union is the new communism. It is power without limits. It is creating a tide of human misery and the sooner it is swept away the better.

But what of this place, what of the parliament? This parliament has the ability to hold the Commission to account. I have put down a motion of censure debate on the table. I wonder whether any of you have the courage to recognise it and to support it. I very much doubt that.

And I am minded that there is a new Mrs Thatcher in Europe and he is called Frits Bolkenstein. And he has said of this parliament - remember he is a former Commissioner: 'It is not representative anymore for the Dutch or European citizen. The European Parliament is living out a federal fantasy which is no longer sustainable.'

How right he is.
