Using fear and the threat of insecurity to manipulate the people, corporate media, in bed with government, over the years having become the mouthpiece of government control, unleashes a barrage of propaganda, in images and pro-war commentators, to arouse in the population the false sense of security that justifies military action. This way, debate is silenced and dissent is disappeared on the airwaves as once again the corporate media, the gatekeepers of information, allow us only to see and hear the point of view they want us to incorporate into our psyche. Voices of reason and of intelligence are ignored, banished from imparting important thoughts of wisdom, thus making it virtually impossible for the population to ever know there are other options besides the horror of war. With corporate anchors, journalists, reporters, commentators and executives pushing into our homes an exclusively pro-war, jingoistic viewpoint, blitzkrieging us with their propaganda-laced images and opinion, over months of constant threats of fear and insecurity, denying the public from ever seeing or hearing truths and realities, it therefore becomes rather easy, with a population addicted to television viewing, to mobilize a nation for war. With the marriage of government and corporate power, truth disappears just as much as falsity prospers. With both entities profiting from the spoils of war, it is in each other's best interest to work together to disseminate the seeds that will invariably spawn the rebirth of a dormant war culture. Once again the system is at work, knowing how easy it is to control the minds of a dumbed down population that has been well trained, and some might say socially engineered, to never question authority, never think outside the box, never seek accountability and never think for itself. Easily manipulated, millions of people are conditioned to believe, from a very early age, that anything emanating from television is sacrosanct. Thus, everything they watch is reality and anything they hear is truth. Anchors and reporters become trusted personalities voicing reticent opinions whose veracity are seldom, if ever, questioned. It is designed to manipulate and control at once, transforming the population into a sedentary herd of sheeple who never question what is told them. Over the years millions of citizens have used this most dangerous drug to escape lives of frustration, unhappiness, desperation, depression and loneliness, never realizing that with every hour they watch, with every show they are glued to, with every channel they surf their minds are turned to mush, becoming conduits of ignorance, molded into muscles in desperate need of gossip and sensationalism, no longer thinking for itself. The Establishment has perfected its machination of propaganda, creating the realities it wants into society, forming whatever truth that will be of the greatest benefit, not to society, but to itself. Whatever reality it wants to create and disseminate is quickly absorbed by a population eager to feed off the mammary glands of television. The Establishment, the corporate world and government have for years told us how and what to think, how to act, who to obey and where to follow, condemning our minds to obedience, our lives to conformism and silent acquiescence.

The Next Big Thing ~ Decentralized Peer to Peer Internet is Born ! Hurrah !!!
About two years ago, news reports described the State Department-funded project of Sascha Meinrath as a way for overseas dissidents to overcome repressive regimes that try to censor them by shutting down the internet. This week a variation on the software he helped design will launch here in the United States. It is called Commotion Wireless. You can download the program on your cellphone or laptop computer in order to create what is called a "mesh" network that allows you to share Internet access with other devices on the network. "It challenges this business model that everyone has to buy their own Internet connection, and it really puts forth this notion of, 'Why don't we share resources?' We can share them across our neighbors, we can share them within our offices, we can share them across entire cities," says Meinrath, director of the New America Foundation's Open Technology Institute.
Wayne Madsen : Phillip Marshall killed because he planned to expose CIA crimes
Investigative journalist and author Wayne Madsen analyzes the mysterious murder-suicide of "conspiracy theorist" author Phillip Marshall
An analyst says Phillip Marshall was killed to suppress surprising information he was about to release in a new book that would embarrass the official 9/11 storyline.
In the background of this suspicious murder suicide of former CIA pilot and author Philip Marshall after he allegedly killed his two teenage children and family dog, US media have quickly dropped the story altogether just as serious questions arise over facts that counter the official storyline and the discovery that critical evidence has gone missing. Marshall wrote three books critical of the 9/11 attacks claiming that the Bush administration had orchestrated the terrorist attack and was preparing a fourth that promised to reveal new information. This follows another suspicious 'suicide' in recent times of internet activist Aaron Schwartz who was an outspoken critic of US President Obama's policies.
Charlie Rose: Joe Scarborough vs. Paul Krugman FULL Deficit Debate
Joe Scarborough Paul Krugman FULL Debate On Charlie Rose | MSNBC host Joe Scarborough and New York Times economist Paul Krugman faced off on Charlie Rose on Monday night, sparring over America's economic situation. In the taped debate, the pair sparred over their opposing views on the deficit and spending, with Krugman later feeling as though he'd had his "Denver debate moment." As predicted, Krugman and Scarborough continued to not see eye-to-eye on the issue — with the former insisting the deficit is not an immediate problem, and the government should instead be spending more to aid a recovering economy. Scarborough, meanwhile, argued that Washington can do two things at once (though they haven't been doing much of anything as of late). The debate grew testy at times, with Scarborough repeatedly pressing Krugman on his past statements and warnings about the deficit issue. "You've been predicting this for 20 years," he reminded him. A tense exchange followed as Krugman replied, "That's such a tired argument, to go and search for quotes in stuff I said once upon time instead of dealing with the issue." He later added, "It's so disappointing if all you can do is ad hominem and say, oh, you said this, and you were — you know, pull out the ad hominem." "Anybody that knows me knows I don't engage in ad hominem attack," Scarborough replied, to which Krugman insisted, "That's what you're doing right now." The MSNBC host begged to differ, arguing he was "quoting back what you said." The debate also grew heated at other points, including toward the end, when Scarborough took issue with Krugman's muttered "wow" at one of his arguments — and compared him to Al Gore's sighing during a 2000 presidential debate. "You know what? If you could just stop from saying, 'Wow,' and let me just finish a point, Paul," Scarborough said. "You and Al Gore really need to talk about it. This is a real problem. If people don't agree with you all the time ... you just feel like you have to take the cheap shots." Ahead of the interview's airing, Krugman took to his blog feeling he'd had his "Denver debate" moment: "I was tired, cranky, and unready for the blizzard of misleading factoids and diversionary stuff." But, he later added, "having a Denver moment isn't the worst thing that can happen. Ask Mitt Romney."

Mike Rivero on The AIPAC Conference
AIPAC is holding its annual policy conference in the coming days. Protesters say that AIPAC and allied groups have pushed for policies that include bombing Iran, going to war with Iraq, expanding settlements in the occupied West Bank, as well as human rights violations. Activist groups are urging a change in Washington's approach which they say mixes money and politics to a dangerous level. They point to Chuck Hagel's confirmation as Secretary of Defense, who had been outspoken about the Israeli influence. This protest kicks off a weekend of actions against AIPAC. CODEPINK and other groups will resume their campaign early next week to call attention to the influence of the Israeli lobby over Congress and urge Americans to try and stop it.

What is Capitalism
Rand's simple and simplistic idea is that scientists, inventors, or architects cannot produce without the context of absolute freedom, either political (undefined) or economical. Individual rights eventually under ALL systems transform, and most often degrade. For instance, there is no such thing as a democracy in modern terms, and anyone who has ever had 5th grade civics knows this. There is no democracy on earth, and Ayn Rand should have known that if she knew anything!
Bill O'Reilly: America becoming Chaotic, If Romney Were President 'We Wouldn't Be In This Mess'
3/4/13 - In his first television interview since losing the 2012 presidential election, Mitt Romney told Chris Wallace on Fox News Sunday how much it "kills" him not to be in the White House, "doing what needs to be done" during Washington's fight over the sequester. Judging from his Talking Points Memo segment Monday night, it's also killing Bill O'Reilly. O'Reilly began by comparing President Obama's leadership on the sequester to that of Abraham Lincoln, arguing that Lincoln would never have let the sequester happen. But he then turned his attention to the president's most recent political rival, saying, "If Mitt Romney had defeated President Obama, we wouldn't be in this mess." As evidence, he showed a clip from Romney's Fox interview. Romney was incredulous in his interview Sunday about the president's seeming inflexibility on the spending cuts, indicating that perhaps it was more important for Obama to "show pain" and blame it on Republicans than to actually solve the budget issues. O'Reilly wholeheartedly agreed with Romney, saying all the president cares about it "raising taxes" and "redistributing income," "everything else be damned." He also argued that the media is defending Obama's position, pointing to House Speaker John Boehner's interview with David Gregory on Meet The Press Sunday. But O'Reilly didn't put much more faith in Boehner or his Democratic counterpart Senator Harry Reid. He evidently sees a leader-less Washington that desperately needs the guiding hand of Mitt Romney to step in and fix everything. While no one is applauding Congress or the president for handling the sequester issue perfectly, isn't it far too easy for an outsider like Romney who has no more political stakes left in the fight to claim he has all of the answers?

Judge Napolitano: Obama Administration Doesn't Understand Economics 101
Judge Napolitano argues that the government makes an economic mistake when it raises taxes too high "because people that are able to control their income will defer it or receive the income in other ways, end up earning less and paying the government less." He continued, "So, not only are the government's tax revenues down, but the economic activity generated by that wealth is down." "They just don't understand the sort of basic Economics 101," he concluded.
Webster Tarpley ~ IMF meddling worsens Egypt economy
Webster Tarpley tells Press TV meddling by International Monetary Fund (IMF) will worsen the Egypt economy and spark more clashes across the north African country. At least 157 people have been injured in clashes between Egyptian police and demonstrators in the Suez Canal city of Port Said. The Egyptians launched the revolution against the pro-Israeli regime on January 25, 2011, which eventually brought an end to Mubarak's 30-year-long dictatorship on February 11, 2011. Egypt has been gripped by nationwide unrest in recent months. Protesters want Morsi to pursue the goals of the revolution that toppled former dictator Hosni Mubarak in 2011. Press TV has conducted an interview with Dr. Webster Griffin Tarpley, author and historian (Washington), to further discuss the issue of clashes in Egypt.
Rush Limbaugh Wonders If Every Time Obama Says He's 'Not A Dictator' He's Really Wishing He Was
3/4/13 - During his show Monday, Rush Limbaugh used President Obama's assertion that he's "not a dictator" from last Friday's press conference to question the president's real motives when it comes to running the country. Limbaugh argued that President Obama "has a chip on his shoulder" about the country, believing that its founding was "unjust" and "immoral" and that the Constitution is an "obstacle" to him achieving more power. "Every time I hear him say he's not a dictator, he doesn't complete the statement, 'but I wish I was.'" But, as Limbaugh explains, that's no reason to think he doesn't mean it.
He went on to say that "the 230-year-old engine of prosperity in this country is under assault" and that it's "undeniable" that the economy is on a downward trend. When Limbaugh really finds remarkable though, is that the American people seem to only want to blame Republicans in Congress for their economic troubles, not the president.
Limbaugh is certainly correct about this phenomenon when it comes to the sequester. A Washington Post-Pew poll released before Friday's budget deadline came and went found that 45 percent of Americans would blame congressional Republicans for failing to come to a deal wheras only 32 percent would blame President Obama.

Obama signs order for budget cuts
It's the biggest economy in the world, but the US politicians running the country just can't get their act together. Barack Obama, the US president, and the Congress have failed to agree on how to control the budget. The move will lead to $85bn worth of automatic spending cuts, which is going to cost the American public and could even affect other economies around the world. Al Jazeera's Patty Culhane reports from Washington.
The Black Nobility : The Power beyond Governments
The "Black Nobility" are the oligarchic families of Venice and Genoa, Italy, who in the 12th century held the privileged trading rights (monopolies). The first of three crusades, from 1063 to 1123, established the power of the Venetian Black Nobility and solidified the power of the wealthy ruling class. The Black Nobility aristocracy achieved complete control over Venice in 1171, when the appointment of the Doge was transferred to what was known as the Great Council, which consisted of members of the commercial aristocracy. Venice has remained in their hands ever since, but the power and influence of the Venetian Black Nobility extends far beyond its borders, and today it is felt in every corner of the globe. In 1204 the oligarchic family parceled out feudal enclaves to their members, and from this epoch dates the great building-up of power and pressure until the government became a closed corporation of the leading Black Nobility families. The Black Nobility earned its title through dirty tricks, so when the population revolted against the monopolies in government, as anywhere else, the leaders of the uprising were quickly seized and brutally hanged. The Black Nobility uses secret assassinations, murder, blackmail, the bankrupting of opposing citizens or companies, kidnapping, rape and so on.
Americas Secret Weapons
Just as Eisenhower assumed that "Atomic Bombs are Like Bullets" we are now being fed the illusion that "Wars are like Bullets" and that we should just tolerate warfare as the only solution to anything. War on Poverty, War on Healthcare, War on Everything. The global spending on weapons and military programs outweigh all programs that combat healthcare and poverty combined. The world we live in is on the brink of failure from a gregarious, domination driven, series of world powers. These are not hidden Cabals or secret societies, these are not communities hiding in the shadows of society: these are the plain sight actions of entire nations. The United States, North Korea, Russia, China, Israel and The United Kingdom and European Union are all engaging in gregarious social military operations that impoverish our culture and are keeping people on the brink of starvation and abject poverty. Moreover, more people are being slaughtered themselves in ever more frequent acts of mass violence, which have been increasing in frequency every year; a clear probe into the self-destruction of social bonds in modern culture and a premonition to the potential destruction of our civilization into an eventual state of barbarism. The economic situation, constantly being advertised as unstable, is causing bickering which will inevitably lead to high levels of warfare, fuelled by a greed that is never sated. Systematic destruction of the Earth's ecosystems and environment is also carried out by the global superpowers, causing continuous destruction from an unstable climate which they have inadvertently created and yet deny they have done so, leaving the blame in limbo and the consequences to a population of vulnerable people who have been told that city destroying tornadoes and flooding are normal and that they should just be good and suffer it rather than upset the apple cart. The political elite are so utterly dependant on their systems of economic, political, religious and social control that they will fight against the people to do so. Modern warfare does not fear nuclear weapons, the cold war is over. There are no "Superpowers". The Nations realise that the greatest destructive force to the traditional way of keeping people in line are the people themselves. As Dr. Kaku rightfully says: "The will of the people is more powerful than the hydrogen bomb". Governments know this and, as a result, frequently declare war on the people to keep them in line. Conservative Politicians, in both the US and European Union, are attempting to create "New Rome", an unstoppable global empire which will rule the earth using military overreach until our rights are devoured. That is why television has become insipidly stupid and trivialised, that is why media sharing websites are placated with advertisements and that is why we are constantly reminded that any for of work in today's economy (no matter how menial) is a virtue. The best way "Old Rome" could control the people was trough the Gladiator Games and nationalistic fervour that saw violence as good and criminals as demigods. Government's have plenty of money, and dish it out to keep the people happy enough to be allowed to work for the global domination driven elite and dumb enough to think that it is a gift given to them by their superiors. Warfare has changed from being between nations to being between the rich and the poor. The Global Economic Crisis of 2008 can be traced, piece by piece, by a combination of warfare funded by the United States and European Union against the Islamic Civilization and a form of warfare aimed at their own citizens which has resulted in a so-called "recession" which government's in The West want to make permanent. We are in the 3rd stage of empire: Military Overreach and Economic and Social Collapse. This is the Empire of the Rich versus the Democracy of the Public.
The Three Secrets of Fatima ~ by Father Nicholas Gruner
Date: 03-03-13
Host: George Noory
Guests: Father Nicholas Gruner, Jonathan Maberry
George Noory was joined by Father Nicholas Gruner, one of the world's leading authorities on traditional Roman Catholic doctrine and practice, for a discussion on the series of apparitions at Fatima, Portugal from May to October 1917, in which a number of predictions, requests and warnings were allegedly conveyed by the Virgin Mary to three shepherd children. He theorized that the Virgin Mary appeared to these children, rather than the Pope, because they would be more receptive to her messages and not be "confused by all sorts of theological ideas." Over the course of the evening, Gruner also shared his thoughts on the recent resignation of Pope Benedict, the upcoming papal conclave, and how it may connect to Fatima and other prophecies.
Regarding the infamous 'third secret' of Fatima which is believed to be a prophecy of dire future world events, Gruner recalled how Sister Lucia, the most famous of the three shepherd children, wrote down the first two secrets with ease but "she couldn't bring herself" to record the final part. After being given a formal order by the Church to write it, Lucia still agonized for three months trying to document it and, allegedly, only finished the job after she received another visit from the Virgin Mary, who told her that to do so was the 'will of God.' As to what the third secret foretells, Gruner noted that Lucia once claimed that it could be found in Chapters 8 to 12 of the Book of Revelations.
Although the Vatican claims to have released the complete text of the third secret in the year 2000, Gruner adamantly disputed this contention, saying that "the most important part, they left out." To that end, he put forward that there were two documents and that the Vatican only released the contents of the first part. He cited the testimony of Archibishop Capovilla, former secretary to Pope John XXIII, who "said there was another attachment" which was not a part of the official disclosure. On whether the events predicted in the third secret can be averted, Gruner suggested that if the Pope consecrated Russia, as prescribed in the second secret of Fatima, then perhaps it could prevent the troubling final events predicted.
Monster Origins
In the first hour, author Jonathan Maberry talked about the historical roots of supernatural and paranormal creatures such as zombies, werewolves, and vampires. Having written about many of these entities for his books, Maberry observed that the werewolf is a "very complex and interesting monster that has a very real connection to our modern world." He detailed how the "werewolf trials," of which there were hundreds in the 14th, 15th and 16th centuries, contained no accounts of transformative powers but actually seemed "the first glimpse of what we now call serial killers." He also talked about how films have caused the perception of monsters to change over time, such as how Night of the Living Dead inadvertently caused flesh-eating monsters, known as ghouls, to become synonymous with zombies due to the film's advertising in Europe.
