4 Ways on How To Remove Fluoride From Water

Fluoride compounds have no business in our drinking water and they are there, because industry and government have joined, like fascists and dumping this hazardous industrial waste into your drinking water is cheaper than disposing of it, properly. Fluoride is responsible for dental fluorosis, skeletal fluorosis and neural damage, but the public is unaware of the effects and therefore unable to speak out against this practice of dumping rat poison into the water that children drink! We, the people must act! We must send out messages of truth to all our friends, followers, associates, affiliates and maybe one day, we can drink a glass of water that's just water and not a lot of byproducts of industry!

Calcium ties up fluoride and prevents it from bonding with your bones and teeth so I'm including a list of calcium rich food:

Calcium in any form is useful to your system

10 Foods Rich in Calcium:

1. Cheese

2. Yogurt

3. Milk

4. Sardines

5. Dark leafy greens like spinach, kale, turnips, and collard greens

  1. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM SOY as this also a waste product that has been DUMPED on the public to save wastage cost removal for a waste product.
SOY AFFECTS THE HORMONAL BALANCE in the body as is a known pretender - it dupes the body into believing it leaves oestrogen, progesterone etc. BUT leaves nothing behind and hence the body STOPS PRODUCING ESSENTIAL HORMONES and leads to hormonal imbalance.

  3. Sodium fluoride was initially put into water to lower the incidence of dental caries based on the observation that communities that had fluoride in their drinking water had a lower rate of dental caries. Now fluoride is in toothpastes and could be carefully used on new teeth and then stopped. IT SHOULD NO LONGER BE PUT IN OUR WATER. ( I am a biochemist) Another way to remove fluoride is to find a CLEAN piece of limestone (which is calcium carbonate), boil it, and put it in a pitcher of water and allow to sit. Calcium fluoride is insoluble in water. Bubbles of CO2 will show that the reaction is occurring.
