U.S. Stock Market Fear of MELTDOWN as Billionaires Hoard Cash!

The U.S. stock market has been propped up by the Federal Reserve and it's scheme of perpetual low interest rates and excessive Quantitative Easing, (a.k.a. printing money and giving it to bankers). Now that the Fed has claimed they are winding down QE3 and will soon raise interest rates, the market is already feeling the tension of this possibility. The absolute truth is that the Federal Reserves balance sheet is measurably proportional to the stock market increase since the Financial Crisis began. This is an irrefutable fact. If the Fed pulls out, so will the billionaires, leaving the average Joe and his pension fund to be evaporated rather quickly.

Another War Without Declaration

The day before 9/11, we learned that President Obama was planning to launch airstrikes against the Islamic State in Iraq, but also in Syria. Spurred by ISIS videos seeming to show the beheadings of two American journalists and an English aid worker, the American public was outraged and ready for war. Obama told Congress, he would appreciate their support, but even if they chose not to stand behind him, he said the office of the President holds all the power necessary to arm and train rebels in Syria and even launch a military airstrike campaign in a sovereign state.

As it turned out, the House and Senate both moved to support Obama’s strategy, with his repeated promises not to put American boots on the ground. Since then, several military strategists and even current and former top leaders in the Pentagon have debated whether or not that’s possible or if that’s even happening. The reality is, American military troops are standing on Iraqi ground right now. And if they’re attacked, they are prepared and ready to fight back.

But lost in all of this shuffle is one important fact: this new war on the Islamic State is nothing more than a hybrid version of the old war on terror. ISIS is a spin-off of al-Qaeda, and regardless of what anyone in Washington tries to say, this is a direct continuation of the 2003 war in Iraq.

And like the 2003 war to find weapons of mass destruction, Congress seems to be skipping over one important part of the Constitution. The Constitution awards Congress the powers to declare war. Not the President. And still, while Congress DID vote to send weapons and cash to a militia without a government - a precedent all by itself - Congress still hasn’t voted to declare war against Bashar al-Assad, the Syrian government, OR the Islamic State. And the same people the US is training to fight ISIS are ALSO saying their primary goal is to topple Assad. So while the US is clearly taking sides in the fight, President Obama is standing by President Bush, both of whom believe they have more power than the Constitution.

Glenn Beck Answered: Explaining the World!

Glenn Beck recently asked the question - should we be shielding our kids from what is happening in the world? Between ISIS beheadings, endless wars, domestic violence, bullying and so many other incredibly dark situations happening in the world, what do we tell our children? It is an incredibly difficult situation for any parent and Stefan Molyneux - with some help from his five year old daughter – provides an answer.

To Rob a country, own a Bank -- William Black

William Black, author of "Best way to rob a bank is to own one" talks about deliberate fraud on Wall St. An explanation is - - who has the power? The golden rule. He who owns the gold, makes the rules! And correct, the U.S. government doesn't have the gold. The Federal Reserve does.

The founders hoped we would understand and make capitalism work. Its shortcomings are our shortcomings. If we all understood and made the system work, it would. But ignorance is easy to take advantage of. Today, we have the power to make a genuinely transparent global resource based 'economy'. I think the real question is whether people are capable of being intelligent and innovative enough to see the same dream, or whether they can only dream .

The Speech that killed President Kennedy

JFK telling us the 911 truth

The truth about 911 is that it was a conspiracy by the same people that he is warning us about in this video. International bankers and those institutions owned by them (UN, NATO, WTO, WHO, etc...) ARE the, "monolithic and ruthless conspiracy". When he says, "for we are opposed around the world" he is referring to those that today call themselves "Zionists". They are hell bent on creating a one world government that they would then control. They blew up the WTC in order to begin the process.

BREAKING -- Protesters rally near Wall Street , 100 Arrested

Flood Wall Street: 100 Arrested at Sit-In Targeting Financial Giants' Role in Global Warming

One day after the largest climate march in history in New York City, protesters rallied near Wall Street on Monday to highlight the financial industry's role in fueling industries responsible for the air pollution that is causing global warming and climate change. The action came ahead of the one-day United Nations Climate Summit today, where leaders from 125 countries will take part in the first high-level climate talks since Copenhagen nearly five years ago. Dubbed "Flood Wall Street," hundreds of protesters dressed in blue held a rowdy sit-in on Broadway just blocks from the U.S. Stock Exchange. The demonstrators occupied the street for more than eight hours until police used tear gas and began arresting some 100 people. Democracy Now! was in the streets to cover the action. Watch our video report to hear some of the voices of people in the demonstration.

Jim Rickards on The Currency Wars

Jim Rickards on the currency wars and Mosler on Saudi oil price cuts

Even as the unemployment rate drops, foreclosures dwindle, and the economy slowly recovers from the Great Recession, financial insecurity is on the rise in American urban areas according to a study conducted by the Corporation for Enterprise Development. Nearly half of all households in major cities don’t have enough money saved to cover essential expenses in an emergency. Erin weighs in. Then, Erin sits down with Warren Mosler, president of Valance Incorporated, to discuss the many issues surrounding the US economy, the Fed, and employment. Of particular note are Mosler’s views on the recent price cut in Saudi crude prices and the negative impact it could have on production of shale oil in tight oil formations in the US. After the break, Erin talks to frequent Boom Bust guest Jim Rickards to get a hold on currency wars – specifically regarding the Euro. He argues that the currency wars wax and wane but they are always there. Right now the currency wars are back in the spotlight. And in The Big Deal, Erin and Edward Harrison discuss Alibaba’s record-breaking IPO. Do big IPOs outperform the market? No, they underperform if you look at the historical record.

American minister accuses Washington of creating and spreading Ebola

The World Health Organization has announced that the number of Ebola cases will rise to 21,000 by November if nothing is done to curb the outbreak. Earlier, the WHO confirmed that the Ebola outbreak has killed 2,811 people in West Africa. And the UN health agency says over 5700 people have been infected in five countries across West Africa. The WHO added that the Ebola epidemic will take at least six months to contain. It has urged the affected countries to ramp up their response to the disease and has called on all countries to strengthen their preparedness through simulations and personnel training. Last week, the US said it would build more than a dozen medical clinics in Liberia and deploy about three-thousand troops to train medical personnel.

In Iraq MANY Say That It Was The Americans Who Created ISIS

The US's partners are gas stations. The strikes (American interests) are for the sake of corporate America and for Obama politically so he doesn't ''look weak'' to war-mongering war criminals.

Following the rules of engagement of this policy, if Assad, using the Syrian air force bombs, with ''precision strikes'' of course, American cities where those who were fighting with ISIS have very publicly apparently returned to what difference would that be to what the US and it's gas stations are doing right now?

Other than because it's ''us'' and not ''them'' I'm interested in what people think.
